One of the friendliest and best run Starbucks in the New England area.
Customer Service that sets the standard for all others. PLUM, barista, Mgr. , certainly knows how to make a Customer feel welcome and valued.
This is how I remember Starbucks when they took over the Coffee Connection from George Howell.

I would suggest you support local first, but if you cant, this is a 5 Star Starbucks. Very roomy, lovely staff, and parking. I just don't understand how they don't have Maple Lattes. You are in VT, I think you are legally required to have Real VT Maple Syrup on hand at all times.

We took our service dog with us, but not sure if other dogs are allowed. The staff didn't say anything about it

Although incredibly busy for mid afternoon, the employees were patient and efficient! At one point, the seating area was at capacity and a worker ensured any new business could be conducted via drive thru or as soon as an open seat was made available.

Nice and spacious Starbucks! Mobile order is quick and it tases great!

Dylan is extremely nice- we had a great experience. Fast drive through and awesome service! The doggos enjoyed their puppuccinos too!

I spilled my latte due to my dumb mistake. Meant to order another one, instead staffs there offered me free latte. So here is 5 stars for generous and kind staffs there.

have been coming to starbucks in manchester since they opened. Sarah who works there now is a great worker--always greets people with a smile and works very hard at taking care of the customers even when they are short staffed. she is running around and getting the job done!! she is an asset to starbucks so glad she works there.

Good medium-sized Starbucks. Plenty of seating, two private bathrooms, and, contrary to prior review, pretty good internet speeds (14 Mbps down, 3.5 up, 20 ping). Roughly 2/3 full at the moment with a few people on laptops and a few on tablets, so it might get slower with more people but probably not terribly so.

Good spot to stop in after a few hours driving down from the top of the state. Parking available when I dropped in before lunch on a friday. Courteous staff and wifi was very helpful to check-in to work while I glup down a coffee.

I messed up my own order and had to come back. Linda and her team were super kind and helpful and they hooked me up with the right drink for free! Thanks!

Back in 2016, kind staff with efficient and nice service! Store hour's 05:30 - 23:00 and in a nice town perfect for quick stop before and after snow-sports nearby.

Excellent sercice, lots of smiles, and very clean and neat. Great open space inside, comfy seats outside. A real hub of hospitality.
