Great folks at the customer service desk with beautiful smile and friendly personalities.

This site was very clean and organized. I have been to some questionable food lion locations, but this one was good as far as cleanliness and being well stocked. As far as customer service, the cashier was cordial and quick, so I can't complain. Overall, it is a decent location.

Well stocked with a multitude of various store and name brands. Roomy shopping aisles. Very affordably priced fresh foods, fruits, vegetables and meats. Customer friendly clerks, plenty of checkouts, plenty of parking. This Food LIon roars....

Just have 1 issue .I don't like waiting in line to buy my groceries when there are only 2 checkouts and people standing around while we all wait to pay for groceries lines was long .self checkouts may help here .but clean store and good prices .store has made improvements on lines faster wait times .check out people.have been very nice and learned how pack groceries in a bag so much better .the butcher is the most awesome guy.he got me 2 of best steaks we ever had .

I love this Food Lion! Everyone who works here is very friendly and helpful. I've never had to wait in line a long time. some of their prices are even better than the Dollar tree next door! they have a lot of close out prices and good deals here. The people that work in the deli are very nice they will cut the meat just like you want it. They also suggested me to get a kind of chicken I hadn't got before Cajun chicken. I'm glad they told me because it's really good. The taste of inspiration items are especially nice.

This place is so awesome that you will explode. The staff is the best and can spot regulars all day. The manager deals can cut prices up to 40% off. The only thing that bugs me is the cashiers. They're always polite and helpful, but they seem to drop like flies and are replaced within days.

Mint Hill clean store plenty of fresh fruit.

This store provides a great customer service experience! I've never had a bad shopping trip here. The prices are fair and the staff is always friendly.

Wow...great foodlion!...very clean and well stocked...went at 430 pm and it was well organized. Meat department had good markdowns and very neat...good job

I absolutely love the Food Lion on Idlewild road the people there are so friendly and so helpful. Miss Sandy, Marcia,Harshada, Mr Estes, Tom Stinnett, John in produce. We especially like Lauren W. Those are just a name of few every one of these people has gone above and beyond to be the best they can be this is the only Food Lion we go to. Keep up the great work

Love my foodlion and all the helpful friendly folks, I remember when they 1st opened and it was called Foodtown and Ryan was the manager on Blair Rd in Mint Hill NC

Well organized and always stocked grocery store. Not my usual stop but the few times I have stopped I have had a good experience. Restrooms are clean and staff is friendly.

I had a great experience last week with Tiarra in Customer service. I gave her $50 to muck by accident and she immediately returned it.

Generally good shopping trip. The noteworthy part of my experience was the incredibly chipper and helpful cashier, A'mya(I hope I spelled this right - it's on the receipt, but a bit blurry). Great customer service!

I would like to compliment your staff working Christmas Eve just before closing. I rushed in to make a purchase and somehow lost a gold bracelet which had so much sentimental value. Returned that evening and checked the parking lot carefully, of course you were closed and my heart was broken. My daughter rushed back on Tuesday morning and searched around the coke display as that was where we were, it had been restocked so she ask Malcom if you had a lost and found and explained about the gold bracelet. He opened the safe and handed her the bracelet!! It shows that there are still honest, caring people left in this world and they work for Food Lion.
As I do not know the total story as to who or how my bracelet was found, but do appreciate the honesty in your employees in taking good care of it until we returned to claim. Thank you, thank you, one and all, a special thanks to Malcom who helped my daughter with such kindness.
