Rang Tang Craft lived up to the hype! Finally tried the smoked gouda mac and cheese topped with burnt ends and it was amazing. I took it to go but the guys running the truck were so nice and helpful. I dug in before i thought to get a good picture but trust me it’s amazing.

Fantastic BBQ in Durango!

Hit this Food truck in 11th Steet Station, it was top shelf. I have been all over the country trying different bbq joints, and this place is as good as the best. The chimmichur sauce on the perfectly done brisket worked for me as a first, wow! Give these young fellas a taste in downtown Durango!

I am on a life long mission to find incredible macaroni & cheese. (There is a lot of sub-par mac out there). I decided to give Rang Tang a try and I was not disappointed. The flavor was beautiful and the texture was perfect. I can’t speak to the meats other than what was on the mac, but that was also an absolute delight. 10/10 would recommend.

Great stuff! We live in TX and eat plenty of BBQ, and this little cart would hold its own even in Dallas or Austin. The brisket and pulled pork were both excellent, the best we've had in Colorado, and we enjoyed the smoky-tomatoey pinto beans and mustardy sauce too. The burnt ends were a little over-seasoned for us, but the chimichurri served with them helped cut the salt a bit. Overall very good food and friendly service, highly recommended.

Friendly staff, perfectly smoked meats. Highly recommend the true take on BBQ that isn't based in corn syrup sauces and focuses on real flavor of ingredients.

Above and beyond!!!! The quality🙏 The consciousness of where the meat comes from, and the love L.R puts in it when he makes each plate. I had the brisket, Carolina pork and the burnt with the cucumber mint. The flavors blew my mind. He did a better job then the other 100 bbq places I have been too. My family is from NC; I grew up with what I thought was the best in the country: until now. A must try if you're a bbq fan like me and are looking for the highest quality and flavor. Being from KC (BBQ Capital of the Universe), expectations were high for this recommended place. Yikes - Durango might have stolen our crown!
If you're in Durango and you don't eat here, you're not worthy! The brisket sandwich was SO full of flavor it was borderline ridiculous.
Were we impressed? YES!
Are we jealous? YES!
Come here and you won't be disappointed!

A DURANGO MUST!!!! My husband and I visit Durango every year and love exploring the downtown shops and restaurants. We were looking for a place to eat with grass fed beef and came across Rang Tang Craft Barbeque online. WHAT A FIND!!! Rang Tang is tucked away on the north side of 11th Street Station and easy to miss… but DON’T MISS IT! We ordered the beef chuck burnt ends, spicy arugula salad and the mac-n-cheese. OMG…DELICIOUS! “RIDICULOUSLY DELICIOUS” in my husband’s words. The owner, LR, is super nice He took the time to tell us a little bit about where the beef and vegetables come from and how they are cooked. We are SUPER EXCITED about Rang Tang and are already planning a return visit to try other menu items.

Their bbq is KILLER!! Wayyy better than Serious Texas. Their brisket is amazing and the sauces they provide for dipping, definitely makes an impression. Also, it has great atmosphere for a fun time with friends &family! TRY IT!

I had the pleasure of attending a wedding where LR and Rang Tang served both the rehearsal and ceremony dinners and my lord, it was the best service and bbq I have ever had. The smoked meats were on another level. Words cannot describe the flavors that were embodied in these meats. I can say that I can now die and go to heaven after eating Rang Tang Craft Barbecue.

They catered our backyard BBQ and it was excellent!! The food was absolutely incredible and the service was great. The Fields to Plate cucumber salad was delicious and it was some of the best brisket we have ever had. I highly recommend!

I had the chopped brisket sandwich and it was honestly the best I've had. The meat was cooked perfectly, all the ingredients, bun, veggies, etc, were all super high quality and the product was fantastic

Excellent food. Rang Tang is located in a great spot, is quick, has good service and most importantly taste amazing. Nice variety of sandwiches, salads, and plates. Looking forward to trying the whole menu!

Amazing food - the brisket sausage was some of the best sausage I’ve ever had. Great vibes too, super friendly.

Rang Tang catered a lunch for our wedding and did a great job -- the setup was beautiful and the pitmaster made sure every detail was handled. Delicious.
