Adrian’s Restaurant & Tequila Bar

I was genuinely surprised by how much I enjoyed the food. The restaurant is a cute and quaint spot in old Bellevue. The food is a combination of Mexican and Spanish influence which is was delectable. This spot is truly unique and I can’t wait to come back with my family.

Let me start by saying their drinks hit. I took Adrian's cocktail I think - it had Don Julio and it took me high. So definitely it's a A+ Tequila bar place. The food is delicious too. Very nice plating and presentation. I went on Valentine's Eve and the place was totally packed. Definitely the best Mexican restaurant in Old Bellevue. Food is fresh and refreshing. I would recommend trying their Pescado Veracruzana which is a cuisine made out of seasonal fish - at this time they are serving Halibut and it's so delicious!!

Wow! One of the most delicious and elevated Mexican cuisine experiences I have ever had. Definitely recommend the pulpo (octopus) and the guava margarita! 10/10 recommend for a nice date night out or your anniversary. I’ll be back for sure!

The food and service here was EXCELLENT! Appetizers were flavorful and came out so quickly! Our server was friendly and efficient. We ordered choriqueso, pulpo, I had enchiladas as my entree and ordered a couple desserts to share! HIGHLY recommend this place to any and everyone!

Open since Oct 2022. Elevated Mexican experience in the heart of Old Bellevue. Friendly and attentive staff to compliment the excellent food. Yes, Mexican food can be fancy. It's not all street tacos. The ceviche and grilled octopus were app highlights. The duck was perfectly medium rare. What was pictured is a split portion of a single order. There are 4 tables outside to dine al fresco. Would consider this place to be a bit better than the other "fancy" Mexican place up the street in Lincoln Square 2. Parking is free if you can snag one of the few spots in back in a lot shared with Ginza. The owner is hands on in a good way, and explained the rotating tequila flight personally.

This is a very special place, we are lucky to have a place like it in Bellevue showcasing authentic upscale high Mexican cuisine. Being from Mexico I am pretty sure this place will be a success in Mexico too! Visited many times and had the chance to try almost all the menu. Definitely a favorite of mine are the enchiladas (you can ask for a bit more hot sauce) it’s just spot on. The wagyu beef asada is amazing ..: pork chops , the lobster bisque , the tacos dorados even the refried black beans they give as an appetizer are really deli and authentic. So the food is great.

The drinks are also quite remarkable having the spicy margarita as my favorite ..: is the right amount of ingredientes and the freshness of the lime always consistent what makes the difference. So the drinks are great !

The service is one of a kind in the PNW. Adrian who is the owner and his family brothers daughter are such nice people who only worry about you having a great time and served well… all the team is amazing and incredibly welcoming.

And finally the place is beautiful , white cloth tables and deco are quite cozy . And not to take for granted but they have also parking which in old Bellevue is a mega plus.

Absolutely incredible experience. Fine dining and Mexican food combined? Yes please! I love the atmosphere here. Everyone is so incredibly nice and Adrian himself checked in on me many times throughout my meal! The wagyu carne asada is fantastic, so were the green enchiladas, and the salmon salad! Also there is a huge tequila collection and I tried a few delicious ones! Even the free chips and black refried beans were awesome! I can’t wait to come back. It perfectly encapsulates my favorite parts of fine fine dining and Mexican food combined! :)

Birthday luncheon with girlfriends! Adrian's is the Best! Food, spirits, desert and service...so good!!

This dinner was speculator! our server Jacob was one of the best servers I’ve had he was so polite & so funny we laughed all night such a gentleman. He recommended the mango margarita it was so delicious & For appetizers we had calamari , octopus, ceviche it was the perfect amount before our meal I had asada tacos as my main course everything came out in perfect time. The best part was the dessert the tres leches as flan was so rich. 10/10 new favorite restaurant! would recommend anyone who going into Bellevue & wanna grab a bite atmosphere is just wonderful

Food is always scratch made and delicious! We love that they are willing to go off menu and create something amazing... pictured is the beef Chile Relleno which is fantastic! Scratch Margaritas are excellent and the people are top notch!

A nice surprise on Old Main! They are trying very hard to be more than a Mexican restaurant and they succeed! Mexican influenced cusine with elevated service and white table clothes brought together with a thoughtful and creative menu. Bravo to Adrian's! We’ve been meaning to come here forever and are so happy we did. Everything was perfect. Atmosphere was great with a small, intimate but lively feel. The service was awesome and our waiter was so nice, attentive and positive. The basic margarita was solid and not too sweet, and they made a perfect martini to follow. Steak and halibut tacos had a lot of flavor and the beet salad was the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend and this will definitely be on our dining out rotation moving forward!

Adrien’s is a perfect place to bring family, friends and business acquaintances together for great food, drinks. The ambience is dialed in and the staff are always super friendly and professional.

I came to Adrian’s to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriends. We had such a great time and we’re treated so kindly. Jacob took care of us and made our experience extra special. the food was super tasty, especially the orange cheesecake .This was our first time but we will definitely be back.

This restaurant is very close to my home so I decided to give it a try when it’s open. Definitely a great place to have family dinner, all dishes super tasty and their service was amazing!

We would like to thank the staff for accommodating an out of town party of 14 last Saturday night with only 30 minutes notice. The food was wonderful and service impeccable. We would highly recommend Adrian’s to anyone looking for an excellent meal.

I am so happy to have this place on Main Street, it fits right in! Gorgeous intimate restaurant and bar, the food was incredible and the bartender made a fantastic Prickly Pear Margarita and our Martini was filled to the brim. 🫶

We had Beet Salad, Waygu Tacos, Halibut Taco Special, and enchiladas. Perfection.

We’re already planning for next month and adding this to our monthly rotation. Congratulations Adrian 🔥

I am so glad this guy started his own restaurant he is an amazing chef and its a different kind of Mexican cuisine that is always changing and its really good. The enchiladas are amazing and so are the shrimp.

He has tons of margs and a wine list is killer. This is a pic the owner sent me of some of the daily ingredients he uses from his garden.
