Probably the best Starbucks I’ve been to in a long time. The were SO kind and attentive. I wish I had gotten the gentleman’s name. He was nice to my son and said my name right! Very kind staff, clean store! Will go out of my way to come back here. Keep it up, guys.

This store has really turned around. The baristas look happier and therefore kinder to the customers. Their new manager Kristi has been a positive factor since she's taken over.

Always good and their pastries are delicious 😋

There was a mix up with an online order. Lauren went above and beyond to correct the issue. She was so nice. The extra measures that were taken were not needed, but are appreciated. It's always nice when the customer is taken care of and the retailer truly appreciates their customers.

Now that's customer service! I went to this Starbucks, and like many around 11am it was busy. Normal wait time, in my opinion, but, it did appear there were only two people working. To apologize for the wait they gave me $4 off next time I come in. Just know, it was not necessary, but very appreciated. Well done!! This might become my new store to frequent just for the pleasantness.

Best Starbucks I've ever been too the drinks are always made exactly how I order in a very quick manner. The barristas are super kind and attentive I have the biggest crush on the tall beautiful blonde sweetheart who's always there at night she's so nice! All around great place 5 stars easily!

No grounds for compost anymore says staff. Everything was great 😃

I went for my Birthday drink today and told them to surprise me. They did an amazing job! The drink tasted amazing thank you to the staff who helped make my day.

Always love going to Starbucks but I love the concept and layout of this location. The bristas are literally hidden in the back while in the front is where people can site and relax. The employees are always nice, friendly and kind.

I went to this Starbucks on 2/5/19 around 9am. Liz was on the intercom to take my order. She absolutely made my day. She was sweet, welcoming, and friendly. She greeted me like she had known me for 10 years. She was wonderful. Thank you Liz !

Just here the other day.. the gentleman who was taking my order listened to what it was I was ordering .. than repeated what I said back to me - he than in a very professional manner made me aware that the drink already has 4 pumps of a sweetener in it.. and if he added the additional request i made that might be extremely sweet and suggested doing 2 pumps of sweetener if he adds what I requested as extra. I went with his suggestion and with as sweet as it was - twice as sweet would have been over-kill.. it’s nice to do business with a company that does encourage their employees to be “people” and not be afraid to be constructive with people .. I mean .. if an employee knows that 9/10 people would be disappointed with a drink they ordered incorrectly .. but 10/10 people would at least appreciate that the employee at least tried to suggest a better route .... I’m glad that the employee can make the best decision.. without fearing that suggesting better could leave the employee vulerable to a nasty customer.. or fearing saying something and having good intent be used against them. It was refreshing knowing I could have chose the wrong drink for myself.. but that’s not what ended up happening .. all it took was a bit of integrity and some genuine care and concern.. thanks guys

I picked up a lunch order from this location for the first time today and had been delayed (at work) for an extra hour so the food was cold by the time I got in there. The employees were really nice and insisted on making a fresh hot order, even while being extremely busy that type of excellent customer service is rare these days thanks u have a loyal customer, with me

The people here are very nice and very accommodating. The baristas helped craft me a lactose free drink because I wanted to try something new but didn't know what was safe. Very nice people here!!! One of the smaller locations around, but the customer service here makes this one of the better Starbucks in town! The baristas were Marble and Angelica 💖

I usually pick up my mobile order at another location, but that location was closed and so my order was sent to this location and I didn’t realize it! I came to get it resolved the next day and Sarah was so helpful! All of the employees were kind, helpful, and fast. I also got my free coffee for being a healthcare worker. Thank you all so much!

Best pizza ever!!

I love this Starbucks!! The staff is always so sweet and they always get my order correct! My facorite thing is their drive thru, they are so cute and put pictures of the dogs that come through on the window, and they always put out two tip jars and write different fun things to "vote" for with your tips. For example around halloween you could vote for vanpires or werewolves, so cute and a great way to encourage tipping!! I know I tip them more because of that and their great attitudes!! Love love love these guys!!! Thanks for being my go to spot on my way to work after school drop offs!

Always excellent drinks. Starbucks’ employees are always so upbeat, friendly and efficient! If you don’t like a drink they’ve always replaced it & don’t act put out!! I would be nothing without my almost daily SB run! 😍😋
