Zeig's Cafe

Quaint little café with friendly, attentive staff. Fairly priced breakfast options. I had 2 pancakes and could barely finish them because they were so thick and fluffy! Definitely worth a try. A nice change of pace, and good to support a local eatery.

Found this local place while visiting family in the area. The food is delicious and the service is outstanding! Owners Carol & Zeig really make you feel welcome & at home. We loved it so much we went back 3 days in a row for breakfast!

Our favorites: biscuits with egg & cheese & french toast. Coffee is also very good. Decor is simple with inspirational quotes on the walls (think: “church basement” vibes). Like that they have an open kitchen so you can watch what’s happening with your food. We went during the week and it was pretty busy, I imagine it gets super busy during the weekend, so plan ahead. They don’t take reservations and they close at 2. Already looking forward to our next visit in a few weeks! 🥚🥞☕

Reminds me of the little Mom and Pop restaurants in the 1970s. Very good homemade food: Sandwiches, Daily special entrees; fries can be battered or unbattered - very fresh, made to order.

Always love going in for egg cheese biscuits and grits with a shared plate of yummy French toast! The coffee is always hot and so tasty. And everyone who works there is so sweet and friendly. Even the patrons are friendly and ready to chat. Love this local place!

Family owned. Love how they care about their customers. All their meals feel like they are homemade. Super friendly staff. If you go there you will not be disappointed.

Best biscuits and gravy around! I read a one star review about an atheist getting offended with a Bible verse at this establishment and said he would never come back even though the food and service was good…what a snowflake and bless his heart for being an atheist!

This place is awesome! It’s a small town cafe (locally owned). The people are really nice and courteous. We were running late one Saturday and needed something to eat. We called in, and they were willing to accommodate us running late (group of 7). The food was spot on and very well made. Definitely recommend thus to anyone in the area. 10/10 will go there again.

We found this restaurant on my phone while driving back from Florida. It was a great little find! Everyone was really nice. Coffee was fresh and everything was handmade from the French fries to the burger patties. Customer service was excellent. Great alternative to the usual chains.

Local owned restaurant, great people, great food! This is the place where most of the local people go to eat! Best secret in town! Lots of local law enforcement, local firemen, and residents go here to eat! One of the best in Brunswick, we love it! Highly recommended!
