Second Story

Cute place and such a nice couple. Found a clock, didn't know if it worked. They dug up a battery and set it while I left. Came back and it worked. Great place! Charming goods!

In response to a negative review: I am in Second Story multiple times a week and have never heard or seen anything aggressive toward any one or any race. I have personally seen the admiration for the unique beauty of clothing that has been donated from different cultures. I love this store and the volunteers who run it.

Second Story is definitely a hidden gem in Simi Valley. They offer a wide variety of household items, clothes, shoes, purses, jewelry and so much more. The store is clean and neatly organized. The volunteers are very kind and helpful and all proceeds go to fight human trafficking.

Love that everything is priced to sell - sometimes I feel like I’m not paying enough ;) and ALL of it is in ( almost ) perfect condition. The $1 rack is my fav to check out and new stuff is being put out constantly--so I make it a point to try and pop in as often as I can (sssh… sometimes everyday;). This place is my “not “ guilty pleasure - t’s a win win. I never leave here disappointed - OR empty handed! Hands down Simi’s best thrift store!

I'm a student who lives in Korea. I have been there many times between 2014 and 2015, and it is the most memorable place for me. If I visit America again in the future, I will go there first. My homestay family often brought me here. I liked this place the most, and now I miss it. I want to go there again.
