I was beyond impressed with the exceptional service by this company. It was my first time shopping at their store, I’m always a little nervous ordering on line from a company I am not familiar with. I read other reviews and felt comfortable placing my order. As other comments stated the delivery time was so fast, my products arrived within days of me placing my order. Also, the price of the product I ordered was at least $10 less than other health and wellness companies. I highly recommend this company!

I’m so thankful I found Wellness Market! I was able to order the multivitamin that I was looking everywhere for…this was the only store that I could find carrying the brand I wanted. I couldn’t be happier with their online inventory selection and incredibly fast shipping!

Wellness Market is a reliable seller. The Medi Herb supplements I ordered arrived quickly, with no damage. This is one of the few suppliers of Medi Herb I was able to find near me.

Great selection of products and friendly helpful staff. I ordered and noticed that one of my pill bottles had a very fast approaching expiry date, this was not even an issue for me, I was going to finish the pills by the date, but I reached out to the team to let them know they should check their stock as some customers might be frustrated with the fast approaching expiry, they let me know that expiry’s are something they check diligently (things get missed sometimes that’s human nature) and gave me a discount code for the inconvenience. They responded very quickly as well. 10/10 customer service in my books, especially considering I just wanted them to be aware for other customers, not even for myself . Will be purchasing from here again.

I had an amazing experience with Francesca who helped me placed my order online. She set everything up for me via mobile link and the check out process was very straightforward. The order was placed on a Wednesday just before closing (sorry for the procrastination!) and the estimated delivery is Friday morning.

Best nutrition store in Windsor area. Very competitive prices to the online giants and better than other local stores. The staff are all trained or in school for various nutrition fields which is a HUGE plus when asking questions. They CARE about customer service and bringing in top-quality products. It has really helped me on my journey to better overall health.
