Dunkin'

We went today to pick up a.mobile order. The person ahead of us ordered a huge order. I was saying to my husband that that size order should have been placed inside and not the drive thru expecting it would take forever. I was pleasantly surprised that it didn't! They got the order out so quick and we scooped up our coffees and were on our way! Very impressed wit the crew and will be back!!

They are nice, friendly and professional. I always struggle at any DD to order my frozen coffee without too much sugar, however the staff in this place did it perfectly with me explaining how I want it. Impressive! Very respectful. I will get my coffee here again. Keep up the high quality work!

I just wanna say this was the best Iced coffee I have had in a really long time. So fresh and delicious. The workers that were in at time I ordered were beyond friendly and full of smiles and that was extremely nice as the dunkin by my house it is the opposite. Best Dunkin experience I have had in a really long time. Kudos to the ladies working today you truly deserve a raise, great customer service. I will definitely be back A LOT MORE.

It's a great location and always has a low wait time. In addition the staff are super friendly and polite. Honestly, it's one of the best dunkins I've found.

They usually make my coffee on point! Never missing items. Only thing I wish they had more of a donut variety.

Crew over there is awesome! Absolutely enjoy my experience everytime i go. Typically order online so my coffee is ready when i arrive, crew knows me by name and is always a joy to have a small chat with them time/line permitting.

Customer service with the main crew is always top notch. I appreciate the atmosphere and attention to detail they provide. My favorite place for my daily dose of coffee!!

I placed an order in the app, and then called to specify that they dark toast my bagel. I believe it was the manager that answered the phone. He confirmed that it will be toasted. I ended up dining in. The food and coffee tasted just perfect. The staff was friendly, the place was clean, and washroom was clean as well. The space is big enough for a couch and/or lounge chairs - just a suggestion. 😊 Thank you for your service. I'll be coming back.

Thank you to the entire staff for donating donuts to our organization to give to the homeless today. They loved them.

I switched to this location a couple of weeks ago & I have had nothing but wonderful experiences! Every time the breakfast sandwiches are consistently hot & fresh. Everyone has been lovely.

I was charged .50¢ for less ice they state for everything that's an extra upcharge but not to have less ice. I went in to get a refund I'm at Dunkin every day 3x even and never have been charged .50¢ for less ice and then wasn't even told I would be charged. Went in side and nobody know how to do a refund. Wow two people and nobody can fix a problem. But Tom is totally step up and should be promoted to manager. He gave me the .50¢ out his own pocket to rectify the problem. Because at that point I wanted a full refund or the .50¢ back. And Tom handled it very professionally.

Brianna was awesomely awesome. The team took their time making each drink with love. It was Awsome that Brianna actually properly mixed the drinks so that all the mixers were not left at the bottom. Would come back to this Dunkin’

I might have to go out of my way just to come to this Dunkin. I’ve been goin to Dunkin for about 15 years and I’ve NEVER received such amazing service. My receipt says his name is Markell. To me, great customer service goes along way and unfortunately it’s hard to come by these days. Markell, keep shining! You will go far! God bless !

Absolutely LOVE THIS LOCATION! Everytime I come here the guys working here are super sweet! I came here today and was confused about which ice coffee I wanted. The associates were super helpful in helping me choose the right flavor. Nobody gave an attitude in fact everyone had amazing customer service! Super pleased, retail doesn’t really get recognition for all the hard work these do to serve ungrateful consumers so thought I’d voice my opinion! Keep it up! :)

I come here once in a while on weekdays before work. The same gentleman always assists me and and he’s very kind and professional, I see he treats other patrons good as well. Leaving this review to let him know he’s great!

This is by far the best dunkin donuts in Bolingbrook. The staff is friendly qnd professional. And Markel (MK)always goes above and beyond.

Sent my daughter a dozen through Uber eats to surprise her on her birthday. The box wasn’t in a bag so in the few minutes it was sitting on my porch, ants got into it. I called and they were so nice, ended up hand delivering 2 dozen donuts to my front door!

Good ppl they try and get you thru nice and quick with what you ordered. Never had a messed up order. My kids love coming here after daycare for a donut on the way home.
