Starbucks

First and foremost this was my first time ever going to this Starbucks and only because I was in the area for work. That said, I had a wonderful overall experience! They weren't very busy at this point (around 12:30 pm on a Sunday) but I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by a couple of the workers. Noah was the guy that took my order and what a friendly gentleman he was! If I was the manager there I would be so proud to have someone like him on the team! Great customer service, great aura and mannerism, treated me as a valued customer AND a person - seems like a lost art these days, generally speaking (unfortunately). He took my order accurately, maybe I should say perfectly. My breakfast sandwich (sausage, egg, & cheese) was just right, not overcooked in the oven (sometimes they are) and the gentleman barista made my iced shaken espresso in exquisite fashion ... aka perfect! Nothing but good things to say about this store given my singular experience, I wish I lived close by!

P.S. DM take notice, given my many years (in the past) in customer service I know a good person when I see and interact with them. Please give Noah a raise, he absolutely makes this store a gem!!

P.P.S For the record, every employee I interacted with here was very friendly! Great job team!!

i tried the matcha latte with oatmilk & lavender foam & its amazing, im hooked!! i dont understand the price of the large being $7 but i guess its inflation & the way things are these days. that being said i probably make this my once a week treat to myself...lol

Location is big. Lots of space inside. Staff is friendly and welcoming. Had good experience placing my order.

This location is newer so it isn't as busy which is nice. Service was quick and accurate.

Stopped by here a few times for a quick coffee and snack. Each time the staff was pleasant, nice and helpful - even when it was super busy. They’re very fast and never seem frazzled by the massive of number of orders coming in. Also this is the cleanest Starbucks I’ve ever seen!

I visit this location 1 to 2 times a week. They have fantastic service and very consistent food. The staff is friendly and go out of the way to be extra welcoming. It is also a great place to bring your computer to get work done without anyone bothering you. I always look forward to going there.

I had to come back and change my rating. I started going to the Starbucks as my Starbucks was usually out of ingredients. However, so many of the staff are new and have no clue what they're doing, thank God I was paying attention because I have a dairy allergy and they put whipped cream on a latte with oat milk. The staff that came from the Starbucks on East Main Street are great but the new people need some retraining and they don't pay a lot of attention. I probably won't be back for a while to this location, I've never been to a Starbucks other than this one that put things in the drinks that were not on the order tag. Very scary for someone like me with allergies. The drive-thru is also very slow.

Coffee is delicious bar none! Their breakfast sandwiches are pretty good too. The line is a pain but it’s somewhat worth it for their delicious coffee. Lots of hipster and well off snobby people so be prepared to deal with their judgmental glares. We get it you’re spending $10 on coffee…you’re rich lol 😂

The food was good and my drink was delish. New building and it's beautiful. Workers are friendly and the drive thru girl actually said my name the right without prompting. Not that I really care but it was nice for once.

My day is complete now that there is a Starbucks close to Southampton. I am now able to get my Black Tea Lemonade on a daily basis. The facility is new and located in Westfield right off of exit 3 of the Mass Pike. So happy!!

Very clean and fresh location. Staff were great, drink was made with care. Really wish the urban locations were this nice!
