Seascape Restaurant

Seascape Restaurant; my favorite dining spot when stopping to eat or staying a couple of days in Trinidad. Located at the pier in Trinidad with spectacular views of Trinidad Harbor.
Here are some key points about Seascape Restaurant:
1. Food Quality: The food at Seascape is of high quality and well worth the price. Standout dishes include the Clam Chowder, Fish n Chips, Crab and Shrimp Louie Combo salad. But my favorite dish here; the sourdough pancakes. Delicious! Best pancakes!!!.
2. View: Almost all tables offer an oceanfront view, making it a stunning place to dine.
3. Service: Friendly, helpful, and efficient.

Food was great. We order all sides to make our own breakfast. He made a breakfast sandwich out of his. The mimosa was twice the size of everywhere else. Nothing to complain about. Even huge brownies

We had breakfast here - the view of the coast was beautiful and we enjoyed watching the fishermen report to work. The atmosphere feels local, low-key, and quiet. We ordered way more food than we needed — portions are BIG!— and it was all delicious. I recommend the biscuits and gravy skillet, as well as the pancakes. Make sure to take time to walk down the little trail to the beach. Wish we could go back again to try dinner!

Perfect place to enjoy a meal and a lovely view. It is located right by the ocean with access to the beach.

Service was very kind, and food came out quickly.

We had the fish and chips (full order), a bowl of clam chowder, and the surfrider (country fried steak skillet).

The chowder was great, full of clams, and very creamy.
The fish and chips nice large pieces and not heavy battered, the fish was the main star.
It was all about the gravy for the skillet, everything else on it was the normal for country fried steak.

Was told by many this is the place to go for a good meal in Trinidad.

This place has an awesome view! Great food, went for breakfast and Mimosas. The service was good and we got a seat quick even with them eing busy!

One of my favorite breakfast spots. As always, I got the shrimp and Sherry omelet and added Swiss cheese. So delicious! I enjoyed a grapefruit mimosa with my breakfast.

Super friendly staff, amazing views and DELICIOUS food. Many unique food options, like scrambled eggs with clam chowder on top... Yum! Dog friendly too! Short wait time. Beautiful pier and beach right next to it.

The food was nothing to write home about, but the view... I've never been to a restaurant with such a gorgeous setting. I felt like I was cast in Pete's Dragon. The original Disney movie with the animated dragon, not the garbage remake. This place could have served Taco Bell tacos and I would still go back every time I'm in the area. You should too!

I guess I'm being a bit unfair though, I ordered the clam chowder bread bowl and loved it. I'm not sure what they dusted the sourdough bread with. Some red seasoning, it was divine. I offered to share a bite with each of my family members and had to fight them to get it back!

Quaint, off the beaten path. We had fish and chips. Amazing.

Best Clam Chowder in a Bread Bowl in Northern California!

Great little place. View was relaxing and peaceful; the sound of the water was perfect. Food was delicious, best clam chowder I've had in my life. Service was GREAT. We ordered the Trinidad Bay Platter(poached), Surf and Turf, and Fish and Chips. We all enjoyed it.

Beautiful views! Lovely craft beer and the nest tartar sauce ever. Weird thing to rave about, but it was special. Chowder was top notch and so was the service

Fantastic service and the food was great as well. The sourdough chowder bowl was tasty and priced well. My husband had the half portion fish and chips and really liked it, he said the batter was perfect, not too heavy. The Redwood Stout was really good as well. We'll be back for more seafood fare next time we are in Trinidad.

We came by mid-afternoon for just dessert on a rainy day at the coast. It was delicious, clearly homemade. Staff was very nice. Everything was clean and inviting/cozy. We plan to go back for lunch for sure!

Loved our breakfast dining experience here! Our server, Erica, was the sweetest & let me get 1 sourdough pancake & 1 buttermilk pancake so that I'd get to try them both 😊 The hot chocolate was excellent & I loved the view (we were right next to the ocean!).

Don’t even think about coming to Humboldt county without a trip to seascape! I have been coming here since I was tiny and my grandparents lived in town. They have the best views, the best service and the best hot chocolate. There’s some new spots in town but they don’t even come close to Seascape. Don’t miss out - and get blackberry pancakes if you can! Then take a walk down the pier and you’ll be reminded of just how blessed we are to live in such a beautiful place.

Situated between a protected beach and a commercial fishing pier, the location makes you hungry for seafood and Seascapes impressively satisfies that craving. We were a tad early for lunch, so no wait for a patio table. Service was excellent. The waitress was very helpful with our questions and she did great taking our picture for us. I substituted cole slaw for my chips in the Fish & Chips and it was awesome. Super friendly attitude and really good seafood.

Great food, quality service, simple but beautiful setting. We're ordered clam chowder which taste wonderful, and ordered fish and chips fresh tasting with not too much breading which we like. Waiter was very attentive. A great finding in this town as we found place by accident.

Old school fishing town Cafe on the pier! Watch dock workers and fishermen unload crabs, surf scoters feeding under the pilings, and enjoy reasonably priced food and great service. Affordable and a bit of local working culture. $15 for a whole crab the day I was there. Beaches on both sides of the point plus the light house hike just down the hill from the Telonicher marine lab and Katy's Smoke shack.
