Delicious Food and Amazing Service!
I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich on a homemade bun, paired with garlic fries and a coke. Absolutely delicious such a beautiful restaurant! They have absolutely delicious homemade ice cream that you get in a homemade waffle cone or a bowl.
My boyfriend got the fish and chips and he absolutely loved it! Said the fish tasted amazing and was super flaky and the batter was amazing on the fish as well. Highly recommend this awesome place. You definitely won't regret it!

Not only unique, but also absolutely delish! Tuesday's fish tacos are on point. Highly recommend the crabbiest cone and the fully loaded cone. Every component was great, but I was not expecting the gravy to be so amazing! Lost Coast root beer on tap. And everything is a great value.

The mashed potato/ brisket / bacon concoction served in a waffle cone with gravy looks amazing. I f’ked up not seeing in on the menu before I ordered. Most of the customers I saw coming in seemed to know it was this places speciality

Our second time having take out from The Lighthouse Grill. A Thursday evening in mid May. Not too crowded.
Service was great - nice person taking orders and the food came out pretty quick.
My wife had a Fried Fish sandwich and I had the Beyond Cheeseburger. We split an order of Cheese-Gravy fries (it was huge) and a Greek Salad.
The sandwich and burger were cooked spot on - both tasty!
The Greek Salad was crunchy, fresh and loaded with olives, tomato’s and cucumber chunks - the dressing a nice slightly sweet Greek dressing.
I will warn you - the one order of fries was enough for two (or maybe 3!!!!). Loaded with melted cheese and a rich gravy. A bit more seasoned than what I was expecting - but still very tasty - and filling.

Lovely roadside restaurant. We stopped here for lunch on our way to SF from Seattle and were quite glad we did. Their sandwiches, especially the bbq tofu burger and the grilled fish with jalapeno jelly was amazing. The service here is quick and they have both indoor and outdoor seating.

We loved this place so much we went here twice during our stay in Trinidad. I had the mashed potato waffle cone and the crab melt. Both were delicious, but my favorite was the potato. What a great idea! Hubs ate the burger and crispy chicken sandwich and gave a 10/10 for the chicken. Truly amazing food, nice restaurant with heaters (we needed them after kayaking in April!) and cool art on the ceiling and walls, and delicious local beer. Would love to come back again, sad that we live on the other side of the US and getting to Trinidad is quite a trek for us. Glad we made it out and got a chance to eat here and support the locals a bit.

Wasn’t planning on stopping, but we are sure glad we did! The wife got the brisket sandwich, and I got the Jammin Burger. Both of us would recommend getting these! The ice cream is amazing!

A mashed potato-filled waffle cone was just as unique and tasty as I'd hoped. Got the brisket; gravy actually was seasoned with cumin, unexpected but not unpleasant! Cone has a bit of corn muffin flavor but still more of a waffle texture. Nice local support too. Worth a try if you're in Trinidad!

Great access right off highway 101 in Trinidad California.
Lots of great specials and good prices. The three of us got full on the fully loaded waffle cones with brisket and gravy.
They had a sweet tasty Root Beer on tap, yum yum. The Arnold Palmer was perfectly mixed. 🥰
Just a delightful stop to refuel our bellies after hiking Strawberry Rock Trail.

Very good little waffle place on your way along the coast. When you're going into Trinidad it's on the left, right on the edge of the town as you exit the highway. Was busy when we were there, but the wait is definitely worth it. Parking all around the stand alone building, and seating inside and outside. Fully loaded waffle included brisket, bacon and mashed potatoes. Filling and makes you very happy!

Great food, the cone filled with mashed potatoes is and awesome idea I had the craby cone with crab and mashed potatoes and a bowl of clam chowder. The brisket cone is like a pot roast. Over all a great stop on 101 Hwy.

Family road trip and we returned here because the food is delicious. The smoked salmon sandwich was incredible and so were the fish and chips. Sweet potato fries are the best ever. The homemade ice cream was fantastic. We also enjoyed the mashed potato in a cone. A really fun and delicious place to eat.

We stopped in specifically for the savory waffle cones and were not disappointed! We had the savory waffle cone with everything, bacon, pulled pork, mashed potatoes and gravy. It was very tasty as was the draft root beer. We will definitely return when next we visit.

Wowzer, I'm from the east coast, RI to be exact and I've never had a savory cone. I was a happy camper eating it. I got the works- so so good! The best part was that it wasn't an oversized cone filled with too much of anything. The proportions were perfect- potatoes, cheese, bacon, brisket. The best surprise was the savory cone. Absolutely Delish from 1st bite to last. Oh yeah, the Thai tea ice cream was darn good. I went back for that 2 days later and was so sad they weren't serving it that day. Now I'm home dreaming about both the sweet and savory cones.

Stopped in here on a long road trip and was very pleasantly surprised at how good the food was and at the prices. I got the kiddo size fish and chips and it was nearly as large as the full size. We didn't go for the famous potato cone, but the fries and fish were delectable. There was ample parking as well.

It was our first time here when we went Monday October 17th, 2022 and they have the best hands down grilled cheese. I have been to many places but they are the best ever. Their hamburgers were amazing and my husbands pulled pork brisket was the best he has ever had. We will definitely be making this a stop anytime we go back that way.

Small burger joint with gluten free and organic options. Fresh buns and thick burgers made for great lunch. Kids meal was reasonable for serving, filled up my 9 yo daughter, and my wife.

This place is so good. Everything we ate was AMAZING: clam chowder with homemade bread, tuna melt (fresh - not canned) with cheese and tomatoes, brisket in a waggle cone, brisket sandwich, fish and chips, ice cream.... first of all the waffle cones are made right there fresh as can be. For the meaty dishes the waffle cones have a savory taste. It's so delish- you just have to try it. Also the it seems clean and staff is super nice.
