Ian and Mary Kay at the front were fantastic! quick and pleasant service, very helpful and accommodating. both cars we rented (SUV and a luxury sedan) were in an amazing condition, the interior smelled nice and was exceptionally clean. made our trip so comfortable.

Wow! Super impressed with this location!! Have gone to a couple different enterprise car rentals and this one by far is the best! Peter and Luke took such good care of me and my family. They were extremely friendly and understanding of our situation. Kids got sick and we had to cut our adventure short. Peter said no problem. He was able to get us all squared away and made the process painless, unlike other car rental places we have been to. Peter and Luke were extremely professional and courteous . 5 stars! Never going anywhere else!

The staff at Enterprise at ACV airport was extremely friendly, and I had really good service from them. and the best part is they have the key drop-off box, so I didn't have to worry about bringing the car back early. So I would definitely recommend them if you're traveling to this small airport..

We stopped by because a car we’d rented from Seattle was starting to show a recurring warning light about tyre pressure loss. When we got to the airport, Jerome was very helpful and friendly. He sorted us out a new replacement middle-size SUV. So quick and easy. And then, when we couldn’t get our luggage into the new SUV, Jerome gave us a free upgrade to a bigger SUV. Great service! We have always had great experiences with Enterprise. Thank you Jerome.

Everything went as expected. Everyone was polite and nice, the car was great it was a Toyota Camry.

We arrived in the early afternoon only to find out there were no cars ready for immediate pick-up. That, and there was only one employee working at the time juggling everything on his own: checking reservations, inspecting cars, cleaning the cars and then handing over keys to the next customers waiting.
We were told the wait would be about one to one and a half hours - even though we had a reservation for when we landed.
The reason I give this location 5 stars is because of Peter. He was that employee mentioned above. His calm demeanor was infectious. There were a lot of "salty" people on that flight from LA and waiting for cars. Peter was so professional in handling the situation that was totally out of his control.
I usually do not write reviews this long, however, Peter deserves the rave review.
As a public middle school teacher, I can say that Peter would make an amazing administrator: principal or assistant principal. His character to calm a crowd would make him an excellent leader. Teachers need administrators like Peter.

Joshua R was unbelievably helpful & accommodating. After an unexpected and stressful flight cancellation he went above & beyond to ensure we were taken care of. He could not have provided better service.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Our flight got delayed, then delayed again, and again. Daniel McDermott gave me his personal number to text to give updates while we were still stuck in San Francisco. Our arrival time was almost midnight. He was supposed to be closed and home enjoying his night by 9pm. When we arrived at the airport, we assumed the worst that we wouldn't have a car and would need to find another way to get to our vacation rental. To our surprise, Daniel was there! With a smile, amazing customer service and our car keys and paperwork ready to go. Can't say enough about how grateful we were that he stuck around for us.

It is right when you walk into the airport by the only baggage claim when you land. Easy key return it's located right by security when you leave too. Daniel is one of the only workers, he is great. Easy to contact. He gives you all the paperwork and answered all my questions. He gave me tips on where to go in the area.

The two young guys that work here are great - super helpful. Good rental experience

Everything went smoothly. The only problem was I was returning the car after hours, and the instructions said to drop the car at a marked enterprise spot, then drop the key off in the drop box, when we went to the airport all the spots were taken. I saw that there were some personal cars parked in the marked enterprise spots but that wasn’t their fault. Since the kiosk was closed I called the customer service number and they just told me to park behind the parked cars as long as I wasn’t blocking traffic.

Surprisingly quick.
