We had the absolute BEST customer service from Thomas today! He helped us switch from Verizon to T-Mobile along with getting my parents off of att to T-Mobile. Thomas was extremely patient as 2 of our members on the plan live in MA and he was able to get us all setup with ease! Thank you Thomas!! Highly recommend this location.

The customer service was amazing!! They helped me find a plan and budget that worked for me after leaving Verizon. Before I left they made sure everything was up and working went over T-Mobile Tuesday’s and app and all. I definitely felt like a valued customer after a follow up call a day later just to make sure I was good and didn’t have any further questions.

I had such a good time dealing with Lammahd and Ethan at the store. These two young men are very nice and patient. They helped and assisted me and my husband in setting up a new tablet line and I would definitely come back to the store and deal with them.

Went in to the store earlier this evening to have my last name changed on my account. The two young men, whose names I do no know, were very helpful. The young man who took care of my name change was so nice, and he was sure it was changed throughout the account before I left the store. I have been with Tmobile since 2009 and have always been very satisfied. Thanks, guys, at the Mulberry mobile store, for your help and your great attitudes! :-)

Ethan and Saul were great! Ethan got my wife and I setup with our new account and made everything crazy easy for us. We literally walked in, explained what we wanted, and walked right back out within an hour. Can’t recommend this store enough!

I have had T-Mobile for almost two years now, this is my go to store! All the employees are very helpful with any situation that I have encountered and do it in a timely fashion! 10 out of 10 recommend this T-mobile store if you have any problems and need it fixed fast!!

I am an elderly women and not too technology inclined. When my phone started to say things it needed to be done, I came to the T-Mobile in Mulberry. The representative Sarai, was wonderful. She helped me with several different functions that I had no idea to do. Her patience with my ignorance was wonderful. If we were not plagued by this virus, I would have hugged this young lady's neck.
