I just had the most amazing experience at GameStop Polaris! I purchased a game that did not work out and it had to be returned. Moo and Tyler were super fantastic! They were compassionate, educated, caring and took care of everything for me. I’ve never had such an incredible experience. Will definitely be back! GameStop! They deserve a raise!!!

We came in near closing time and Moo was of great help. She went above and beyond for us, literally. Great customer service. Thank you

The person who helped me was amazing!

I was in asking about PS5 and she gave me the heads up that they were having an event later that week.

She was very informative on all of my inquiries and also gave me guidance on when I should come in.

That weekend I went back and arrived about an hour early.

What she had told me was not a lie! And now thanks to her, I have my very own Playstation 5!!!!!!!!!

Picked up a new game for my son, along with a couple of accessories for his Nintendo switch. Nice, helpful people, good service and good prices. Good selection of beer and used games.

Harry is awesome, the rest of the staff is great. Game selection is top notch, i can't wait for the next tournament!

I love this goofy place. I almost never buy anything from here but it’s basically become a ritual to come here every time I go to the Polaris mall. Games are regularly price (as expected) and there’s nothing super special about GameStop except for the fact that there’s a lot of games.

I do remember as a kid when there used to be displays like Wiis and Wii Us you could play on, but, I don’t think those will happen again and I’m surprised this hasn’t gone out of business. Still love it though.

I have a love / hate relationship with this store. If you're a parent you can save some great money here buying used games! My boys seriously love their games. They beat them so fast that I'd go broke if I always bought new! Fortunately you can get used games here very reasonably. The kids don't care that it's used. They just like having stuff to play!

The staff is very helpful and will offer great suggestions if you ask. They genuinely love games and really know their stuff. Games, like movies, vary wildly in quality. They've been great at helping me find great games that are age appropriate for my children. Some of them I even like to play!

The only thing I don't like is that some of the other customers tend to have issues with cleanliness. This isn't really the store's fault, but a couple times I've been in there I've wished that some of the other clients would have stopped by Bath and Body Works first!

Overall if you've got gamers in your family, learn to love Gamestop. They're this mom's best kept secret!

My girlfriend and I had a great experience for the first time being at a GameStop out of town, it was a great atmosphere and the young lady that was working accommodated me accordingly, I saved a great deal of money and also spent allot. We will definitely come back.

Had a fantastic experience here. Went into the store hoping to buy a pre-owned Switch and was not disappointed. Jackson had his hands full when I arrived, but he was courteous and friendly the entire time. Helped walk me through the only pre-owned unit (which had a unique controller setup). I left with exactly what I wanted in a reasonable time. Everything recommended was what I wanted without realizing it (including screen protector, which I hadn't even considered). I frequently shop here for games and would highly recommend it for systems now too.

The worker Chloe was so sweet and helpful! We went into the store looking for a very specific item that wasn't in stock so she helped us order it with free shipping to the house! Thank you so much Chloe!

Fantastic. Even if they don't have the games I need they tell me exactly where I can get it. I bought a preowned 3DS XL for my sister here last Christmas and she loves it. The assistant store leader/manager Will is a god-tier employee and he definitely didn't tell me to say that. Rumor has it this is Commander Sheppard's favorite store in the Citadel, which is another huge perk too.

Not bad for a GameStop. I forget why it's the Devil and my Son will disown me for shopping there but the guy who rang me out was clearly a gamer and quite friendly with an awesome fro.

I ordered online and came to pick up. Everything was very quick and smooth. The person who helped me was very attentive and informative. I'd go again.

Amazing staff, great to talk to about anything. Will give you recommendations based on what you like to play. Won't always have what you need, but can tell you a nearby location that might have it.

The clerk was very nice to explain how to get the rewards while my daughter was checking out.

Great as always. I download all my games now but still a nice place to look around and talk games with the workers.

Great prices on used and new games. Bought two used games for Christmas and With the store full of people still got out fast. Large selection of new and used games.
