I had the most amazing experience at this UPS Store today! Notaries were desperately needed. I have never contacted a UPS Store before. The manager at this restaurant was accommodating over the phone when I contacted them this morning. I decided to give them a go. She was as nice and accommodating in person. Before I departed, she assisted me in making copies as well! From now on, this will unquestionably be the ONLY place I utilize for any shipping or notary needs. And also the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient and I have complete confidence that any task I need help with (printing, mailing, packaging & shipping, etc.) will be done with excellence.They have my highest recommendation, and I appreciate your professionalism and wonderful customer service.

Hands down the friendliest and expedient UPS Store I’ve ever visited. Kajal is helpful and provides excellent service. The owner Zil, ensures a well managed and customer-oriented environment. His easy going and friendly demeanor make a mundane task like shipping or Amazon returns a breeze. I truly appreciate them for their outstanding service and patience.

Zil and the team were incredibly helpful with my precarious situation. I ordered a package through Amazon and was having a difficult time returning my item and it was incredibly costly. But Zil was a huge help! He helped me find a solution to navigate the costs of the return. Him and his team are incredibly respectful and courteous and I would 100% recommend coming to him for any shipping needs or questions.

I had the best experience with this UPS store location! They went above and beyond to help with my complicated shipping situation. Ira and Kajal were very helpful, kind, and patient. The customer service was top notch! The owner was also very nice too!

Today, I went to this location to get a passport photo taken and was pleasantly surprised. The staff there were highly attentive, kind, and embracing. What started as a chore I was putting off was an experience where I laughed, smiled, and had more fun than anticipated. Kajal, Zil, and Lalita were truly beautiful human beings who made my day just a little better. I hope they receive all they desire in this life, and I am genuinely grateful to have had such an incredible experience.

I love this location. Everyone is so helpful and always so pleasant. Kajal is my favorite + always goes out of her way to help me with my shipping and returns!! She's friendly and always ask how I am and how I'm doing. Incredible customer service!!

Had to get a document notarized, the notary and other staff were very polite and friendly. They also helped me get a copy of my ID printed which I needed as well. Oveal great experience. :)
