Starbucks

Just got my drinks and both are made soooo good!!!! I have such a weird taste but i didn’t get any weird looks like I usually get when I order and the barista was so nice too! My order was perfect and it has been every time I come to this Starbucks. Thanks for the coffee!!!!

So i was gonna get a mint mocha but they ran out of mint which is kind of a bummer. However, my regular mocha was made so well that i didnt even care for the mint anymore. The espresso actually wasnt burnt (like it usually is when i go to starbucks), and the almond milk was frothed perfectly & it was so smooth and tasty <3 So thank you barista that made my mocha with love <3 much appreciated

came in here while it was busy with 15 different coffee orders for a wedding. they was more than happy to do them, and was great about it.

kaitlyn was very nice. she was very happy and gave me the best customer service i’ve probably ever had. 10/10 would recommend.

Always good! Great coffee drinks. Not a huge fan of there iced/shaken tea's by Teavana.

Kind workers but service is a bit slow

I had to delete my account because I was told to by my daughter, why is irrelevant. (It is personal) Over all I really like Starbucks over Caribou.

It's Christmas Eve and they're out of eggnog latte.

Rude workers and slow service there's a few nice staff here but the few bad apples runes it I've been here twice to give it another try but it went even worse the second time here

About a month ago, I bought a $12.50 Starbucks gift card from the Cottage Grove Target Starbucks. When we tried to use the gift card at this same location a couple weeks later, a young male employee said the card didn't work. Ultimately, we we able to use the card with NO ISSUE at two different Starbucks in Woodbury. Also, this location is often single-staffed, so it can take a long time to get your drinks. I don't know who makes this decision, but if you go to any other Starbucks, you can see that they have quite a few employees there at all times. You should treat these employees better. It's really hard for them when there's a long line of people. If you're in Cottage Grove, I recommend going to the HyVee Starbucks or stand-alone Starbucks instead of the Target Starbucks.

This Starbucks is the worst one I’ve been to. Unfortunately, it’s the only one near my house. They can never get my drink right. I ask for no foam and I get a mouthful of foam every time. Today, once again, mouthful of foam and they forgot my syrup so, I basically got milk and a shot of espresso.

Very rude employees, customer service is really poor. Traci and Karla are very unprofessional. Drive through is always super slow anytime of day. Will not be giving starbucks my business anymore.

It was sad. The barista poured salt onto my caramel ribbon crunch frappachino. She also got coffee grounds on the cup that got on my hands, and didn’t put the lid on properly so it dripped all over my hands. Very sad :(
