You can always find the best deals at this Gamestop. I always do my Christmas and birthday shopping here. Found a really good Oculus cable on sale! I was planning on spending $50 on Amazon, so this was a nice surprise. I'm definitely going to start stopping by more often now with the Pro membership.

I went to this GameStop 2 days ago they helped me exchange a ps5 external hard drive for an internal. They were more than willing to help me even though i bought the hard drive at the game stop in 104th. I explained to them that the 104th GameStop recommended the external hard drive for my ps5 but I needed an internal in order to store and play ps5 games. The 104th GameStop would not listen or even exchange it due to it being open. This GameStop so far has been very understanding and even exchanged it due to it being an employee error. Just to show my appreciation I spent more money on a hard drive with more storage, renewed my GameStop subscription, bought a better HDMI cord and lastly even pre ordered wwe 2k24. This will definitely be the only GameStop I go to from now on.

I preordered Tears of the Kingdom. They messed up on the order when I went to pick up the game during release night; I won't get into too much detail. I got home and realized what happened and I was furious; FURIOUS. The following day I returned to store to address the problem, very honestly. Alphonso is truly one of the most professional and kind retail leaders I have ever met. He let me express my thoughts and fixed the issue. Due to his way of handling the problem, I will strongly want to support this store, and this company going forward. I recommend purchasing physical copies of games through GameStop going forward.

Guys gave me great ways to prank my stepson for Christmas. Helped me when I needed it the most. Even helped me update my account info. Top notch job and a perfect 10

My experience was great! Both workers were very nice and and very helpful, I remember only one of their names, Alfonso, I wish I could remember the other mans name too, they were very professional and brought a good atmosphere to the store, I would come back specifically to this store even though there are other GameStop’s in the area that are closer to me. I felt like I was in very good hands at this location.

Went to one location and they were closed due to “internal issues” so i called this one to see if anyone was there cause it couldve been a widespread ordeal. Well it the person who answered the phone informed me they were open as was a closer location to my position in the city. Saved me so much time as i had already been to 3 locations in the general area

I had called a few days prior asking if they had a specific item, the gentleman was super helpful, have me the prices, and let me know how many they had. When I went in, the female cashier was extremely nice and helpful! Don't go there often, but I've never had a bad experience.

Alfonso and his team offer great service with a family-friendly environment, great deals on used/clearance items, and a very clean store. My kids love checking out the new goodies and nerdy collector's gear. The entire staff is knowledgeable and sincere; considerably more approachable than the big box stores!

Probably my third time going to this GameStop in the last year or two. The first time I got a game and the disc wouldn't work. Took it back and they unfortunately didn't have the same game but the manager took it back, no questions asked and swapped for another game I wanted. It was very easy!

Went back recently because Target had no Magic Cards. This gamestop carries booster packs, booster boxes, and commander decks! They had plenty of stock for a fair price consider how popular trading cards are right now. Definitely would buy from them again.

This place is awesome. Every time I go in the staff is super friendly and if I call to ask them to hold a game for me, they're always happy to do so. Their selection is also better than some of the other surrounding stores. When my husband and I took all our game systems and games in, Brittany took care of our trade for us and she was a freaking rock star.

This location has outstanding customer service. I've been shopping there for about four years and definitely enjoy the staff and the knowledge that this location has the most since moving from Portland. They are amazing and genuinely want to take care of their customers needs. I highly recommend this location!

I have shopped at this store for years. The staff is always polite. The store manager Alphonso is one of the best managers I’ve ever felt with. He always tries to help you find items for whatever your gaming needs are. I’ve never left the store unhappy and I’ve shopped there a lot.

My kids and husband love going here. Last time I took my kids the store was well managed, clean, and while their games are spendy, if you're a rewards member you can knock off 20% sometimes. Is not a bad little place! They will order anything for you that you need if they dont have it on their shelf.

I was able to get the game cards I needed for my grandson! Staff are very helpful.
