This location is the only one I will go to. While the Redding store greets you with snark, Robert from the Anderson location was AMAZING. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable, and provides the absolute best customer service! Cannot speak highly enough of this store.

Super cool guys helped me get the best deal for pokemon cards for my nephew.

My favorite local GameStop! The best one in the area by far! Always friendly and super knowledgeable on all things gaming. They have great deals for pro members and I will continue to support this location exclusively.

Went in with my kid! Greg new everything we wanted and even gave us some more ideas on which games to buy. He’s an asset and a pleasure to work with. I’ll be shopping here more now because of him.

Just went in 5 minutes till closing and Robert greeted me and made me feel better for coming in late. Which is rare. Anyone everywhere would give you attitude and be very rude. He gave me his full divided attention and talked about a bunch of games. My father once told me find a job you love so you don't have to work a day in your life. And that is Robert in anderson Gamestop. This man needs a raise. Thank you Robert because of you I will be back for more.

Amazing service here at my local GameStop. I am always greeted by an employee who walks over to me from the counter and asks if they can help with anything. Employees are very knowledgeable about both hardware and software upcoming release dates and pre-orders. Sometimes I stop by just to chat with the staff about games that we have in common. A very enjoyable and kid friendly experience. These are the reasons this location is a "Prestige" GameStop.

This store is among my favorites to just browse for all my gaming needs helpful staff and anything not in-stock I can usually just have shipped to the house they even will put the order in so I don't have to.

These guys are the best. On at least three occasions, they have gone above and beyond to help hunt down collector's editions, missing game cases, and random other stuff. They are great to talk with and bat around new game experiences, as well as old game gripes.

This Gamestop is top-notch and is always looking out for it's customers. All the employees there are so nice and knowledgeable. They even do community events sometimes, (very awesome by the way)

Robert and Cristian at the Rhonda Road Gamestop in Anderson, CA are excellent. I called and Robert answered all my questions that three different people with Gamestop Customer Care could not. Robert set aside the item I wanted so I could pick it up later in the day since it was the last one on the shelf. Cristian handled the transaction and helped me maximize all the savings/coupons I possibly could from my existing PowerUp Pro account. It feels like they are both really looking out for players at this store and I will definitely be making the drive to Anderson in the future for additional purchases.

Can always find what I need and the associates keep me updated on all the new stuff. Even helped me save a few bucks which is pretty nice.

The crew inside are always nice and knowledgeable, and have a good memory of your likes and dislikes if you're a regular. Very appreciated

These guys will go the distance to get you what you're looking for, and are also very knowledgeable about the games being sold, and will generally have an accurate opinion on the quality of a game. This is where I do all my gaming related shopping, and I highly recommend this store.

If you're a regular they even give you posters they save in the back room so ask for one! Otherwise, always willing to help seeing their very knowledgeable!
