My wife and I purchased a home to be used as a short-term rental. The house had speakers built into the walls in two rooms but it was impossible, for me, to tell where the connections were. Plus I had a lot of equipment I needed to have installed. I started working with Kendric Brooks, Ken, and he was very responsive in answering my questions regarding what equipment to purchase, what cables, etc. Ken arrived precisely when he said he would. He spent a very long day getting EVERYTHING we needed completed. What we have now are two rooms with incredible sound and video thanks to Ken. Ken is an utmost professional. He never felt rushed but took the time he needed to ensure our job was done the way we wanted it to be. When he demonstrated the results I was totally amazed...so much better than I had envisioned. This man KNOWS HIS A/V EQUIPMENT!!! To top it off Ken is a great guy with whom I enjoyed conversing. He is the ONLY person I would ever use in the future.
