Sage was extremely helpful today with my husband and I. We were moving from google phones to iPhones. He was knowledgeable, patient and very friendly if everyone that worked for Verizon handled their customers with his level of professionalism they would have many more happy customers

Cynthia was the most amazing rep I’ve dealt with across any industry. We faced several obstacles all because of my own lack of information, and she remained optimistic, and helpful. I’ve never worked with a better associate in any environment. THIS is the place to go for Verizon, and Cynthia is who you want helping you! I can’t thank her enough!

I originally came in for help setting up a military discount. After talking with Cynthia, she let me know that the corporate store I had gone to originally misinformed me and I was not able to use it without adding another line for my cousin. However, Cynthia then sat down and went through my entire bill with me to see if there where other ways I could save money. She went through plan options, protection coverage and so much more to make sure I knew exactly what I wanted and what I would be getting. Once all was said and done, she ended up saving me over $50 off my monthly bill! She has great customer service skills and was so patient with all of my questions. I will definitely be using this Verizon store for all future needs!

Shawn did a great job helping me with my phone issue. Let me know I was eligible for an upgrade. Got my new phone set, helped me with a screen protector and new case. I was in and out in less than a half hour. Great job
