Very helpful and kind staff! With lots of Amazon returns, I am there often! And it’s always a pleasure!

The vibes are always great wit the staff I this store. Specifically, Michael has been great with efficency, always has a good attitude, and isn't shy about going the extra mile when needed. I'm sure this is a reflection of great leadership within the store and I always look forward to our quick interactions when I come in.

Trust me, that says a lot from someone who doesn't enjoy too much human interaction. 😂

The line was long and they were very busy, but a young woman who’s name I believe was Gloria, was very kind and went out of her way for the customers in line, despite some being rude and impatient towards her and the rest of the staff.

Fast and excellent service. The manager there knows his stuff and can walk you through pretty much any printing/scanning/shipping questions and concerns you have in a remarkably clear and quick manner. Staff is personable and diligent and assisted me as I blundered my way through shipping certified mail for the first time ever. Good people, good service.

Don’t understand the crazy negative reviews. During my visit Xochitl provided excellent customer service. She was pleasant and quick to arrange packing and mailing of items. Her colleague, Chantel, was also being helpful to each person in line or who entered! 5 stars for my experience 😎

This UPS Store is amazing. In my line of work I am constantly needing paperwork notarized, and shipping items back and forth and I've been to many other UPS Stores. The staff is always polite and very helpful. The owner also took his time to help my 10 year old son with a problem he was trying to help myself resolve. I highly recommend this store, if you live in the pocket area definitely go here! I conduct all my business needs here and will continue to do so in the future!

Just came from there and I was happy with the service. The line had about 3 people in front of me. The person working took the time and greet me when I came in and everyone esle that came behind me. She was busy and did not stop moving the entire time only to pause and greet customers. I used to go to the place on florin and this time I googled to see if there was a place closer. Not only is it closer to me but the service was better. I will be back.

The employees at this store are always friendly and super he loful. I don't know why their stars would be low. They've always gone out of their way to be helpful. Always.
