I always have an exceptional experience at this UPS store! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They assisted me with all my shipping needs efficiently and with a smile. The store was clean, organized, and had everything I needed for my packaging. I highly recommend this UPS store for their outstanding customer service and professionalism. I'll always use this store for all my shipping needs in the future!

Friendly, courteous, professional, and wonderful customer service. I used to avoid this location because the previous owner was not all of these things - but every visit since ownership changed has been fantastic. The current owner even let me in 30 minutes before the store opened to help me take care of my shipping needs. Much appreciated!

Over the course of my years in life, I lived a many places and frequented a many UPS Stores. While though I typically always have positive interactions (most everywhere), this UPS Store stands out above all others when measuring quality, efficiency, and customer engagement. My orders processed so generously expeditiously, I find myself not wanting to take up the staff’s time in expressing my gratitude, but when doing so, I see smiles unseen by most, I’m sure. This UPS Store location services a diverse community, exemplary well. Jennifer and her associates run a “tight ship”, beyond mosts’ expectation, especially mine.

Atul was incredibly kind and helpful to me when I came in for printing + shipping services. This was by far the best experience I have ever had with any packing/shipping service. Thank you, Atul!

This store is a shining example of how powerful and successful a small business can be. The staff is very well-trained, efficient, courteous, kind and, most importantly, always has a good attitude. I visit this store at least once a week and have never had a bad experience. It’s so nice to see the same familiar, friendly faces when I walk in the door.

I had the best experience today at this store!!! Jennifer was the sweetest lady to work with. She was extremely helpful and went above and beyond! I went to a different location about a month ago and had a TERRIBLE experience with customer service, so it was very refreshing to have someone as polite and helpful as Jennifer! I will continue coming to this UPS location because of how happy I felt leaving the store!

Just went into UPS and didn’t have my label done. The two gentleman that was working helped me get the label up and printed. They were so nice and kind. Customer service at its finest. Great job!!!

Great customer service every time I've been in here. Every employee I've interacted with has had my best interest in mind. If you have questions they'll always point you in the right direction.

This is my go to UPS store for Amazon returns. My items have never been lost and I get my credit or refund from Amazon a few hours after I drop off.

Champ is so nice! He tries to get everyone in and out quickly. This is a rare attribute at most places in Charlotte/the South. If you’ve ever had to wait in line for 20 minutes at the Publix deli while the employee chitchatted with the customer about what high school they attended, then you know what I’m talking about. But I digress…

There are a few 15 minute parking spots right in front of the store for convenience.

Trader Joe’s, Marshalls, and Target are right down the street so I can knock out some errands in the same trip!

The lady in there is very professional understands about making the customers happy on both ends of the floors. Highly recommend this as an access point. Great job for someone only doing it by herself at the time 🔥🔥🔥. Excellence !!!

This is the best UPS store in Charlotte! Atul and his team and super friendly and always very helpful. No matter what you need, the team is there to listen carefully and problem solve quickly.

Jennifer & team are wonderful & easy to work with. I visit this UPS store frequently and they are quick and easy. Very grateful to have them in our local neighborhood.

Packaging, Notery, & Shipping with this team has been a breeze. I brought in 20 boxes and they prioritized getting me out quick and easy. I also like how they seem to have a relationship with the drivers and are friendly to them when they walk in.

I come here regularly to place Amazon returns and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. They have made the process a breeze with the standalone Amazon return area.

They are my favorite UPS store of the probably 20 I've dealt with across the southeast. Yes, it gets super busy at certain times, but the staff are generally friendly and will go above and beyond. Most importantly to me - they've never lost a package and they also have UPS next day packaging in stock unlike a lot of UPS stores. Worst thing about this location is parking and getting back out onto Hawthorne from the parking lot.

Once I discovered this store I no longer dreaded dropping off packages. The owner is so invested in serving his customers. He moves people in and out quickly with a smile on his face. And he has a wonderful Assistant named Jennifer who is equally invested in making every customer happy.
No need to go anywhere else. Oh! Equally important…. Easy parking.
