AT&T Store

This store was the second store I visited at the time the first one a customer service Including the manager, I have to walk out. So on my way to a different company a friend recommended me that location and boy was like Day And night. Terrific job I don't know if the gentleman who help us was the manager or not for sure was the oldest ! big guy super friendly and knowledgeable.

I am very pleased with my experience at this location. I came in to get a new phone and Dawan made it such an easy and pleasant experience. He definitely enjoys his job and is great at what he does. All of the employees seemed to enjoy their job and seemed happy to be there as well. I definitely recommend this location.

Great service provided at this location with very friendly people. I have mostly had a conversation with Duwan and the manager here and they are very knowledgeable about the products and offers and they do the best to help the customers get the better deals. Strongly recommended ATT Store!

This particular store has always been highly professional and helpful with my 10+ years of frequenting. Cameron was able to resolve in 5-10 minutes what the ATT customer interrogation and blame placing call center could not in literally 3 hours of wait and hate. I told the last call center rep I was going to the Mansell store and they said “they will not be able to help and they will simply call us”. Go Mansell store and Cameron!!

We had to stop in today after having issues with an order we placed online, Cameron was amazing and helped us get everything we needed bought and or ordered and set up! Quick and painless and literally the most positive in store experience we’ve had at any phone carrier! Thank you so much! :)

I came by the store on 9/13 frustrated that I couldn't order (2) new cell phones either online or via talking to AT&T customer service since I was shipping them out of town. Fortunately, I met and received help from the BEST customer service representative (Cam) that I can ever remember. He was able to get me the phones, activate them, and he even provided me with a box (with a battery notification on it) so I could ship them to family in another state. Man, if every place I had to go had a guy like Cam, the world would be a better place, what a GREAT employee! Thanks Cam!

Cookie did a great job helping me with my crazy situation. I would recommend stopping in and getting the help you need from her! She was fabulous and friendly. I left with a smile and she had a smile for my entire visit! Thank you Cookie!

This is the best AT&T experience we had in a very long time. We drove further out and past several stores to get to this one. My son was in desperate need of a phone right away. Unfortunately I don't Remember the young man's name that helped us but he was so easy to work with. Initially I had talked to a different young man on the phone but he was busy when we got there. But he still went out of his way to introduce himself. There was also a young lady working there that was also friendly and spoke to us too. I will definitely be back when I upgrade my phone. It was so refreshing to have real customer service that is something that you just don't get much of anymore! Thanks again

I came here several times to get my son’s phone added to my account.
Cam- Cameron was super helpful. He is calm and patient.

I had my phone stolen, and needed to get a new one.
I walked in on Sunday morning right at 11:00, and left at about 11:15 with a new phone.

Jorge was the best of the best, he’s the representative I’ll go to from now on! They Couldn’t help me at another store after three and 1/2 hours and it only took him 2 minutes from the time we walked in the door. Thanks you Jorge, you’re awesome!

No pushy selling, just good information so I could pick what was right for me and all the add-ons you knew I would need. Case, screen cover and update my insurance. This store always has been good for customer service.

Jeff T at the Alpharetta location was wonderful. He helped me combine my accounts and walked me through setting up Direct TV at home myself

The Northpoint location in Alpharetta GA has an employee named Cam Hardesty which is OUTSTANDING! I was more than satisfied with his service and would suggest anyone who has a need with AT&T to look him up!

The wait is never long for one-on-one help, and Vince is fantastic at helping manage all of our family's phones, ipads, watches, and connectivity. I highly recommend Vince.

I came here today to cancel my Dad’s account and move it to another carrier. However, after meeting Duwan Moore (AT&T customer service rep), that quickly changed! He addressed every concern we had, fixed the problems we were having, and helped us better understand the monthly bill.
He was very personable, and extremely knowledgeable on all things AT&T. Someone needs to promote this young man to a management position quickly!!!! If you come here, ask for Duwan! What I thought would be a lengthy process of changing carriers, turned into 20 minutes and AT&T saved a customer because of Duwan!
My father left the store a very, very happy man!
