The UPS Store

I brought in a set of Vintage Pyrex to mail. I had them wrap it for me to assure it arrived to the recipient safely. I watched Shannon wrap each piece individually and added cardboard around the pieces to keep them from banging into the other pieces. I confirmed that the package was received in the same condition I shipped, by the recipient. Thank you so much!!

I want to say thank you to the 100th street UPS store and specifically Shannon. I had to ship an expensive guitar in a bulky case so the dimensions for the item were really big. I was a bit stressed out about shipping a guitar in general, and wanted to make sure it would be safe and get to the destination. She packed it exceptionally well even though it was a challenging project to make everything fit around the dimensions of the case, keeping it secure inside. It was expensive but UPS was the only option because the postal service wouldn't accept it due to the dimensions. Great service and Shannon went above and beyond to help me

I was doing a complicated transaction involving several point to point and return prepaid envelopes. Was able to handle that much better than FedEx and Chris did a great job being patient with me and getting to a place where everything was accurate. It all worked! Grateful to Chris and the UPS store in Urbandale.

The man who served us at the UPS on 2815 100th St, in Urbandale, Iowa, was gracious, calm, kind, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient and fast in helping us. The lobby was packed and he handled the business as an intelligent professional. Thank you.

First time going here. Called ahead to see if they had the service I needed. Very friendly on the phone and helpful. Arriving there it was easy to find right off the main road. Had been to other ups stores and they did not have Windows 10 like this place does. They had windows 7. I needed to sign into my gmail and windows 7 didnt allow me to respond to my prompt that Google sends for verification for signing in on an unfamiliar device. If you need to print stuff from your gmail or from your memory cards this is the place to be. Staff very nice and professional. Highly recommend.

Very friendly and incredibly helpful. I had a horrible experience at the UPS store in Johnston and came to this location. I was pleasantly surprised and the staff went above and beyond. This Urbandale location will be getting my business and the business of my company moving forward!
