JOE'S Jeans

I have shopped at this store two times in the last year and both times I was helped by a beautiful, friendly employee with short blond hair. She always made me feel welcomed and importance and made sure I found the best pair jeans for my body. The best part about shopping at this location is the body positivity that comes from the employees.

Went in looking for a replacement pair of pants for my current Joe's. I asked if they had what I was wearing, but they only had a lighter, different fabric version. Regardless, the sales lady was very helpful is getting me a better fit, and for an amazing price. I'll always love Joe's!

Best jeans in the game & they fit super comfortably. Excellent customer service as well.

I was there @ 3:15pm today ad the sales person was very friendly and helpful. Even while having to help more than a few people @ the same time by herself.

The building is a little small, however the sales people are very nice and helpful. The jeans are good quality and stylish at the same time.

If your looking for jeans this is an excellent place to begin. Joe's has a ton of options in all sizes. I am very petite and thin. Finding jeans that fit has always been a challenge, but Joe's carries very small sizes.There are a ton of jeans in all styles to choose from. The sales help was super knowledgeable and helpful in finding me the perfect fit. The jeans were heavily discounted and some came to $60 - $80 dollars which is a steal. There is however a catch... thier return policy only allows for store credit. So you must be sure that you are 100% certain about your purchase or be okay with a store credit should you make a return. However, with the selection at this store I think your bound to find something at some point. So a store credit wouldn't be the worst thing. I just personally don't like the idea of it. I absolutely love these jeans. Staff on the other hand -- I have only had one good experience here. Overall, the employees at this location seem confused about their role in customer service; they aren't helpful or nice. It's an off-putting vibe and I have exited the store numerous times empty handed because of it. Shame really; I do love these jeans.

Useless return policy. Tried to return a Christmas gift. Joe's Jeans just don't fit my short legged body style. Was told I can only exchange or get store credit. Awesome, now in stuck with over $100 of credit i cant/won't use. Wife and I will never shop here again.

Shopping 🛍 here over 7 year's. Buy a lot of jeans 👖. Today's I was so disappointed with them.
