I have been a customer at AutoZone for over 10 years nationwide and the Entire staff at this location has absolutely phenomenal customer service. They are very friendly, kind and go above and beyond. I had a really challenging morning and I left with a smile. Great Management and Staff!

I went there this morning I needed head lites for my car, there were 2 people who actually help me so much ,1 was lady the other 1 was gentleman who both help me ,they put them in for me as I'm 60 + year's old,when I went to pull the hood release it broke off, so the lady that was helping put head lites in ,suggested I put some vise grips on it ,so I went back inside bought some vise grips,,she put it on for me 2 ,so I'm able to still open my hood when I need to. Oh how I wish I could remember there name's they were so good 2 me,,,help me so very much..so I hope they see this post ,and know how thankful I am for them ,,it was around 9am this morning, at the auto zone on Madison St in Muncie Indiana,,,great service ,fantastic help from 2 employees..

Customer service was excellent. Ray went out of his way to help me. It is nice to have someone who actually cares , it’s a breath of fresh air in these days

Always very helpful with me not know a lot about cars! They don’t take advantage of me like some dealerships or other shops do since I’m a girl and usually go places alone.

I've frequented this place over the years. I'm never disappointed. Prices always seem lower than I expect, the employees are fast and helpful. Not much more I could ask for.

Super helpful staff... they spent 20 minutes looking up items i was looking for... we didn't find the part but they was determined lol.

Friendy by-stander told me I had a tail light out ran to AutoZone, associate asked if I needed help, quickly helped me with correct bulb and checked me out very quickly. Whole process took 10 minutes from time of discovery, awesome sauce!

I come into this AutoZone all the time and it's always the same guy that helps me, I believe his name is Rae. He's absolutely amazing, anyone else there just kind of stands around and doesn't really help and are rude... If Rae isn't there I'll just come back another time bc I know he will get me right when I come in.

They are nice and pleasant and do not mind answering any questions u may have.

The young gentleman who helped me was very knowledgeable about what he was doing. He also replaced the bulb for my headlight that I purchased. Not very many people want to do that anymore. It was excellent.
