All parts of the transaction was handled perfectly. The salesperson accurately answered all my questions and both the delivery and removal teams were quick, friendly and efficient. I am very satisfied with my recliners.

Love this place! It has a great selection and is much larger on the inside than it appears (hidden gem on the west side). Colby, our sales associate, was knowledgeable and INCREDIBLY helpful! Thrilled with the items we purchased and will be back to get the lamps I want too. Quality items at great prices!

We have been to this location a few times and never once felt pressured into buying anything! When we were ready to buy, we had all of our questions answered and more. The whole team went above and beyond to make sure we found a perfect couch, not only that but the prices were wonderful! Will definitely be back.

It was the first stop for looking at furniture for our new condo. Great selection! Amber greeted us after a few minutes. Friendly and knowledgeable about the different sofas. She made a couple of recommendations, checked inventory. We got her card and left. Checked out 2 other stores and were back to FF to make our purchase. Easy financing process no for interest 18 months.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Lots of selections. Great deals in the back on furniture that they are phasing out. Husband got an incredible Eric Church power recliner that he is able to adjust the headrest forward and back.. which will be so helpful after his spinal surgery. FREE SHIPPING to our door. We had to use 3 different cards to pay and their patience with us made it a great experience!

We were very pleased with all service. From the service at the showroom, the delivery and set up and the followup, they were amazing. The quality of our new bedroom furniture exceeded our expectations and the pricing was reasonable.

We were greeted quickly by a friendly sales associate. At no time did we feel pressured into making a purchase. She was very patient showing us her inventory and letting my 88 year old mother decide what mattress was best for her. It was a very informative and pleasant buying experience

Was able to find a nice set of not only one, but two couches here, a full and a loveseat, in the color I was looking for, for a good price. They also discounted the delivery and arrived in a timely manner. If you know how to shop in retail, you can find some nice deals here for new furniture that is of nice build quality, I can easily recommend it. Way better prices than IKEA on their discount items.

This is the second time we have bought a piece of furniture from Brandon. He is extreamly patient, kind, and helpful. I definitely recommend him. The manager Dave is extreamly nice. Wonderful staff.

I showed up just after closing time and was shown a selection of tables, not rushed, and made my purchase even though they had already closed the accounts for the day. Loaded the table into my car with smiles . Great experience.

We were greeted by Seth Browning the salesman. He was so knowledgeable in describing the dining sets we were interested in. He helped us through the process! We had not found anything else at other stores that measured up. I was interested in a certain size table and a table that would extend for our growing family during the holidays. Also, the set we decided on was in stock and that was even a win win for us! Thanks again for all your help Seth!

It was a good experience, salesperson was very friendly and helpful and I'm not the kind of person that shops for furniture often so I wanted it to be done and she made it happen.

My salesperson, Amber at the Western Hills store, was fantastic!! She knows that inventory front to back and honed in on exactly what I told her I was looking for, and I purchased a sectional and chair right there. She has the perfect personality for sales. One thing, I've driven past that store for years and thought it was a clearance center. I think you are missing the boat by not using signage explaining that's it's a full-service location. Most of your other stores are in stand-alone buildings. Food for thought. Thank you Amber!
