My mechanic had called ahead to verify our store had the part we needed, and the staff had it ready for me, greeted me pleasantly, and got me in and out quickly so I could get my van back on the road safely the same day.

Great service from a little chick. Nice to see an auto parts place with knowledge female staff. Amy or Amelia can't remember her name for sure but she deserves a raise

Good place to purchase tools, equipment, parts, and fluids. The staff are always helpful.

Thaddeus is the best. He did not get annoyed when I did not know the information about my car. He worked fast, was helpful and I was in and out in no time. This is my family's go to place for car parts. Thank you!

Redoing the front end of a Jeep, and not only did they have everything I needed in sock, they reminded me of a couple of things that I forgot I needed.

Got in and out quick with everything I needed in one go!
If they hadn't reminded me of the other stuff I needed, I would have had to make two or three trips.

At the time I was trying to get my car parts out of 3 places this was the only store to have it thank you O'Reilly's

Thaddeus was absolutely amazing. Windshield wipers went out during a storm and helped us during the pouring rain. Can’t say enough about his generosity and willing to help. Great work Thaddeus!

Terry, the manager, went out of his way to help me with issues concerning my truck--even helped install a battery! He and his staff are friendly, and I will definitely return to O'Reilly's 1014 store in the future. I have done business with various other stores in the area, but Terry and his 1014 are the best!

I went to two other O'Reilly's in Mt Juliet and really couldn't get a lot of help. Thadious at the O'Reilly's in Donaldson was great he went the extra mile and got it done, Thanks 👍

Excellent service at this location. Robert went completely out of his way to replace a bulb in our car during our cross country road-trip. He was super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this place.

I am blown away by how kind the staff at this location is! I have only been to this location 2 times, and both times they have been very helpful. The 2nd time they even remembered who I was and my car! I got locked out of my car and they were very helpful trying to get me back into my car and offering for me to wait inside the shop until AAA could come.
When I am in the area, I will always come to them for any auto need!

The lady at service desk was an absolute gem. I had been in dollar general while my husband was buying parts at o'reilly and my 8 year old bad to use the bathroom. I could barely get the cashier to look in my direction when I asked to use the bathroom or for my daughter to use the restroom and was lied to and told they didn't have one after I have already used it a million times. Anyways I had to walk up and down the strip and most places won't let you use facility if you aren't a customer but she let us go use the restroom realizing it was an emergency and I overheard her helping other customers and she was amazing great customer service!

So helpful… They ran my codes for me and even gave me a print out!

Very nice gentlemen who help me to see why my light of check engine was on, thank you so much.

Always very helpful, immediately greeted with kindness, and always helped in a timely manner. They even come with you to your car if you need further help. All around a great place!

This O'Reilly auto parts is the best! Dean went out of his way to bring me a part to my house when I was stranded and couldn't make it to the store. Highly recommend them!
