Andy is incredible!! I had VERY little time this morning and didn’t want to be short with anyone. He spotted me and immediately directed me to a pair of cloud threes that I love!! They may be one of the most expensive of that display, but they are what I need and love the look of. Best retail experience in many months. Give this man a raise!

Brian in the bike shop gave me the best customer service I have received this year. He was super informative, wasn’t pushy, and answered all of my questions. He even found me a better bike than the one I was going to purchase, and saved me money. Amazing experience for sure.

My kids love the climbing wall. We have been going there almost every week. It is a fair price but which they had a yearly membership for the wall, for those like us, that want to come everyweek to get the kids energy out. The employees are very kind and helpful. The place is new so it looks very clean.

Heading hiking for the first time and I was happy but overwhelmed with the selection at Public Lands. I have low back issues and he helped explain everything about the bags, which size and frame he thought would be bests for my needs. Ben also gave helpful information on what to expect, how the bag should ride and simple tips for while I’m hiking. Ben use to be a guide out west and it was refreshing to have actual advice from someone who has experience.

No sales pressure at all, good cost awareness, overall engaged and happy to help me learn.

Public Lands prices are competitive, some deals are better than I found on line.

This experience made me happy to be back in a store remembering the value of knowledgeable people.

We had some trouble today with finding an online order and the staff were exceedingly kind with all of our technical difficulties. Thank you again! (Also bought my now FAVORITE pair of sandals here, wear them constantly! I also received amazing service when I bought those!)

Had my wife's bike serviced for the new season, prices are reasonable and a quick turnaround. The technicians will know what they're doing. Mitch, who handled my bike, made it ride like new.

We recently had a private climbing event for our Cub Scout den. Sam and Andrew were phenomenal with the boys! It’s not easy to be patient AND engaging with 4th graders, yet they both were so very helpful and encouraging. We are already planning to return!

My Wife and I got hiking poles and Ben was so helpful and he made sure we got the right product and even set us with the proper settings. He was very knowledgeable and all round nice guy. Thanks Ben

This place is for the outdoor enthusiast. It’s ten times the size of REI and has more brands to select from. The climbing wall is fun and there are plenty of staff if you need help.

I went in last week for some gear and a boat registration transfer. Keith wasn't sure about the transfer but navigated his way through the process and got it figured out in no time at all. Thanks Keith!

I was able to get help finding what I needed. Made inquiries about the new ski shop there. Was able to check out quickly.

I'd give this place 10 stars if i could. It's touch notch, awesome selection in each department. Quality stuff, cool staff and sweet displays.

If your looking for outdoor gear, chances are they have it. Store clean and well laid out, from high end bicycles to lacrosse an football needs.

Always a good time looking around, seeing what's new. People here are extremely cordial and helpful
