Krystal helped me when my phone unexpectedly stopped working this morning. When I came in the store she was the only person working and still took all the time I needed to make sure I had everything ready to go with a smile. She also let me keep my old phone at the store while it was still backing up because I had class. I had a great experience with Krystal and will come back next time for sure!

My phone died while on vacation and I was dead in the water. Krystal was very helpful in finding options for me and setting up a new phone. A life saver for sure. Great service with a great attitude.

Krystal was very helpful. My husband broke his phone and she let us borrow a dummy phone so we could access his cash app through his old SIM card. (He wanted to switch from galaxy to iPhone so we had to change his number to get the promotional cost)
She was VERY thorough in explaining hidden fees and costs we would see on our first few billing cycles. She was patient with letting us look at different phones and watches. Great customer service and attitude. Thank you Krystal.

normally phone problems frustrate me a ton, krysta made my phone issues very easy! she knows what she’s doing, and also made it a more pleasant experience talking wise as well as service wise. definitely the quickest and most pleasant verizon experience i’ve ever received. thanks!

We were out of towners and needed prompt assistance with our phone that had stopped working The staff was very helpful and understanding, and we received excellent service!

Just left the store and we dealt with America. Not only was she friendly, but she made the purchase of an iPhone 15 seamless and easy. She’s definitely a person we want to work with from here on out!!

Had a bad start to the week when my phone broke. Luckily, I got some friendly help from Krystal A. at the Verizon store. She helped with my phone emergency quickly, knew what I needed, and did it all with a smile :)

America Martinez waited on me. She knowledgeable and very good at her job. But she was also very friendly and helpful and cared. I have been a long time customer with Verizon. I really appreciated her professionalism and also her treating me like she wanted to help me.

Just switched over and I am super pleased with everything so far!! Krystal was absolutely fantastic and made the process seamless. She went above and beyond to help, even stay well past closing to ensure everything was setup and working properly!!!

America Martinez was a Godsend. I had transferred my service from another carrier to Verizon via customer service rep. I received the phone and went to a local Verizon to have my new phone, which I received by mail, activated. Everything proceeded and the phone was activated. However, when we tried to get into my email we discovered a major flaw. The previous provider had not given approval, so I could receive an send text , and make outgoing calls, my service would not allow me to receive calls.

This led to a 3 hour interaction between America, a tech rep from Verizon, and a representative from my old company. Because of America’s expertise she was able to retrieve the IMEI that had been erased from the old phone and complete the transfer of service. She was patient with all parties and made suggestions that led to the resolution of the problems. She was fantastic!
