I stopped in on June 21st after getting a flat tire on my mountain bike and had no pump with me. I asked the nice sales associates to help me find a pump that would fit my tube because it's a special nozzle it was hard to find. We ended up opening the box to see it it would work and it fit. Good thing I had cash on me. Haha Pumped up tire and road back home. Still got home with small leak. I was 6mile in to my normal 25mile bike ride, if they didn't help me I probably would have been walking home from there. Thank you again guys for helping me

Great service from John. In my opinion he went the extra mile. He helped me find the correct wipers, gave me a military discount and installed the wipers. John is an asset to the company.

I purchased new wipers for my wife car, Trico Premium wipers. The first one went on without issue. The 2nd, I couldn't get on for the life of me, I accidentally broke the piece that goes on the wiper arm... I went back to AutoZone ready to purchase another blade. I was told not necessary, the clerk pulled out a box of pieces that Snape into the blade that slides onto the arm. We found one, she replaced the piece, I went to the parking lot and it slipped right on.... SPECIAL THANKS TO THE CLERK, 1- She let me in early as it was a Sunday, and 2- NO CHARGE for the replacement piece. This is the AutoZone on Hooper Ave on the Brick/Toms River boarder... I've shopped their before, I'll be going back again.

Was in the store tonight 4/6. My daughter and I were assisted by Terry, what an asset to your company! He was extremely knowledgeable & kind. As two women who know little about cars, our experiences other places leaving feeling defeated Not tonight Terry gave us not just help we asked for he also gave us signs to look for to help pin point a completely different issue we just mentioned. 5 ⭐'s for the store for sure. I buy the stuff I need online. There are usually discounts available when purchasing this way. They pick the order and notify you when it's ready. Couldn't be better. The Speed Perks are great, too!

My only suggestion is to buy the best parts you can afford, so you don't run into issues. If you are repairing your car, you don't want another problem by purchasing a REALLY cheap part!

Easy in and out....love the fact that I can find an online discount/promo code (usually 25%-30%), apply it online and checkout but pickup in store....easy peasy...and a super low price compared to the other auto parts store near me (sorry Auto Zone, but u NEVER have online codes)..and the guys in Brick & Lakewood are always SUPER HELPFUL!!
