I went to buy a new battery for my car, and the guys in the store were so helpful and friendly. They installed the battery and everything works fine. I really appreciate it and for sure I’ll be back for anything else I need for my car.

I needed a new gas cap for my truck. They not only had it in stock but the manager walked out with me and made sure it fit and locked into place before purchase. Thank you for your exemplary customer service and kindness!

Great deal on oil synthetic 5 quarts and oil filter 10000 mile and cabin or air filter 38.99. Love auto zone. They are still around for a reason even after all the followers came to Muncie. They have great product and customer service and they will be here when others shut down. 👍

Stopped in to get oil change items and break pads recently. Was not sure which items I needed and, I also had a check engine light on. Tex gathered all my items for me and explained everything, was extremely knowledgeable. Quick easy, amazing customer service.

Owen was an outstanding associate! He took the time to fix my key fob and even replace the battery! Even though he’s not old enough to buy a beer, he’s definitely someone who you want to help you take care of your car needs!

This Muncie location is our go to for auto parts. Yesterday was a great exotic why. My Toyota Highlander front right low beam was out. Frankie was quick to assist me. She even came out to the car to look at the light in person. Seemed to just be a loose connection but the time she spent helping me was greatly appreciated. I’ll continue to be back every time I need auto parts and supply and it’s the team here like Frankie that has earned my loyalty to AutoZone.

Great service! The lady that rang me out was one of the sweetest people I've ever had the chance to meet! On a side note (and only if it's of interest), this location has an extremely handsome guy working behind the counter. More than enough reason to stop in and buy a bottle or two of sea foam (it's on sale)!

In my opinion one the best parts store price wise and experience wise. I have had one or two parts come out cheaper at the other stores but staff usually has a d cent idea about how to help and are friendly. Just a frequent flyer tip. If you have a reward card, break up your transactions into 20 dollar increments if possible each purchase of 20 or more BEFORE tax get you one point, and after 5 points you get a 20 in store credit that is good for three months after it is earned you get 12 months to earn 5 points so have fun!

Visited because my girlfriend’s A/C wasn’t working. One of the friendly staff members Nikki, was very helpful and helped us not only diagnose the issue, but also find the right product to help resolve it. THANK YOU NIKKI!

Went because my partner and I needed new windsheild wipers. We thought we knew what we needed but the kind person at the register who helped us try to put them on (the blades were frozen and they had anti ice spray) helped us get the actual blades we needed. He was a huge help and I would heavily recommend this Auto Zone for anyone who needs basic auto help.

Fairly new store. Employees there are very helpful. I've been around 10 times since it opened, and I haven't had any bad experiences. Also, it's right next to Goodwill, so it gives me an excuse to go buy other people's junk once I leave.

Very Clean store. Also very New, and well put together/Layed-out. I sat in my new Camaro for over an Hour organizing my/Cleaning my Car. They came out to make sure I was OK. And upon Entering EVERY SINGLE EMPLOYEE separate asked me if I needed help. My memory recently has not been the best..The light in my head finally came on and I remembered 8 needed a master cylinder brake resivour Cap. I was shy of having enough Money on me to purchase it..And an employee pulled his bill fold out, covered the remaining Balance. 5 star location.
