Greg and the entire staff are amazing to work with. They go out of their way to accommodate customers and very personable. They also have great selection of printing services and I use them for many of my law firm’s marketing needs

The attention given to correcting a problem that occurred during the return of an item to the incorrect address. I provided the address; however, the packages were intercepted prior to being returned to me (which would have caused further delay), and items were shipped to the correct address.

Inquired about stickers at 11 am and by 4 pm that same day I had my order of 250 was ready for pick up. Excellent service!

Not all UPS Stores are the same and this one on Jefferson Hwy & Bluebonnet is worth going out of your way for! They've picked fragile items up for me, carefully packed them in bubble wrap, and had them out on a UPS truck all on the same day. Great service!

I just spent an hour and 45 min in this store trying to get a work project completed (the length of time was not due to the staff but due to the specifics of my project). I don’t have enough words to tell you how helpful these people are. They have seriously gone above and beyond in helping me get this done and shipped. Greg (GM) was patient and helpful and courteous. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place because of the wonderful customer service they provided.

I own a local entertainment and promotional marketing business. And I frequently give this business location several highly specialized projects, and they always exceed expections. Their staff is always cordial, polite
And accommodating. They are well managed and responsive. I've watched them open early and close late to attend to the needs of a customer. This location and access hours are also convenient for the mail box I rent for my business. If you read the bad reviews for this location you will see that people are complaining about shipping costs to other countries and delivery address theft. These problems have nothing to do with the location and their services. Mr Frank has always been great people when I come to conduct my business. I would also gladly pay an extra dollar to receive additional assistance and supplies for sending a package. Also if you take a second to read the google review profiles of the people leaving the bad reviews you may note that they only use this tool to leave negative feedback. If you want something to complain about.... Go get a P.O. box at the U.S. post office ... never again. Keep up the great work guys.

By FAR, this UPS Store (and Kaylan specifically) have giving me the most helpful and delightful experience I have had in shipping items (I do so several times a month). I go our of my way to visit this specific store and I can't say enough great things!

Awesome customer service. Guy up front helped me with packing and shipping something. But more important, worked with me on ways to keep the costs a bit lower than expected. I'll be going back to this location instead of the post office whenever I need to ship anything.

Had a very friendly employee named David help me ship a king cake to Vermont. Really nice guy and has a great sense of humor as well. Explained how they wax papered and plastic wrapped the cake before putting it in the box to ship. Totally not like the other store I used last year. Will use them for all my shipping needs.

Super friendly staff. You can't ask for better service. They always take excellent care of your needs and get you on your quickly. It's like if Chick-fil-A opened a UPS Store.

Greg is the manager at this store. He was so helpful when my husband and I brought a lot of papers to be shredded. 5 boxes as a matter of fact. He helped us get them out of the truck and in to the store. He is so friendly and willing to help others. We greatly appreciated his time and effort! You just don’t see these qualities too much in today’s world. In the past my husband has had back and neck surgery, so this really meant a lot to us! But, this gentleman did not even know this when he was being so helpful!

I have done business with the UPS store for several years now. Besides the obvious services (shipping and packaging) which they do a great job at, they also do a lot of printing services for us. Their prices are competitive, and they have always come through for us when we need something done on short notice. Their staff is friendly and great at solving problems for us. I would recommend anyone that needs shipping, printing, packaging, or design work to use the UPS store.
