I went to Peru and was told that the altitude and hiking may be an issue with suggestions for natural supplements and pharma meds to help with the acclimation. Mushrooms were suggested as a natural supplement so I used the immunity blend (green bag) prior to my trip for about 45 days in my coffee. It didn't affect the flavor and was really not noticeable.
