Use the pharmacy only. The people are generally friendly and I don't usually have a long wait in drive thru

Response should not depend on which pharmacist you speak to! Going on vacation for extended period. Spoke to one pharmacist & asked whether filling prescription for controlled substance for 60 days would be a problem because, if could not do so, would be without medication for 22 days. Pharmacist said as long as prescription was due to be filled & doctor was willing to write for 60 days, they would fill it. Doctor wrote prescription for 60 days. Was due to be filled. Different pharmacist on duty when prescription presented. She refused to fill for 60 days because she "was not comfortable doing so" despite explanation that would be without medication for 22 days if she failed to fill as requested & doctor felt lack of medication for that period of time would jeopardize health. NOTE: Statutes governing the number of pills that can be dispensed within a certain period of time provide exceptions in the case of persons who are traveling. Another local pharmacy has provided additional quantities of this medication when I have traveled for extended periods, after checking with this same doctor.

I've talked to someone in the pharmacy for the last 6 months about my prescriptions. They continue to fill for 30 days on my 90 day prescriptions. Ridiculous. Even Walmart was better than here

Very slow. Do not have the ability to fill prescriptions an hour after they are called. Like many reviews, I receive a text saying they are ready and still end up waiting 25 min to put the 12 pills in a bottle.

“The drive thru is for convenience not speed”….the pharmacist after waiting 15 min stuck in the line while they put a RX together for someone. I am always told to check back but this customer must have been special.

Scripts are never ready in a timely manner. Scripts were sent by my physician at 8:30 in the morning and they still weren’t ready at 6:30pm. I don’t think they even start filling them until you show up. This has been an issue with every script I have ever had filled here.

I switched to the Macedonia one because I would get a call from this locations automated machine telling me my meds were ready and I would go there and they would tell me I had none ready multiple times... and then I should come back in 30 min.... two other friends of mine said they go through the same thing... so why waste my time ....switched to a different giant eagle and havnt had one problem!!!
