this place was amazing! went in to see if someone could look at my wife’s front brakes, and they fixed it immediately, for free, in 10 seconds! then the nice gal behind the counter spent like 10 minutes letting my boy pick out a bunch of free stickers. this type of place and incredible treatment of patrons is HARD to find. will return 100%! thanks Skagit Cycle Center, for caring!!!!!

Super friendly staff! We rented two ebikes and did a bike ride along the trail. The bike trail is close to the video shop and is really scenic. The trails runs primarily long th the water so you stop and rest/take in the views.

Nice bike shop. Their other location in Burlington transferred a bike to Anacortes for me overnight and the team in Anacortes accommodated my requests for accessories the same day. Would recommend.

The owner of Skagit Cycle - Gary Santiago - was a life saver, replacing my tire before we rushed to catch the ferry from Anacortes to Lopez Island. We needed to catch a 10:35 ferry, and he helped us before the store formally opened, getting us back on the road in time for the ferry. A+ customer service!

We recently rented a tandem from Skagit Cycles in Anacortes. The staff was very helpful with every detail of the rental process. They installed racks for us and made sure the bike was ready for the road when we arrived. They went out of their way to help us with our trip. Great staff and quality products. Best bike shop around. I bought my dual sport new here and then bought a Trek road bike used which was in excellent condition. Staff are very knowledgeable with their tuneups and repairs inexpensive/expertly done. I have bought in Anacortes then had the free tuneup done in their Oak Harbor store. Their sales are fantastic.

We rented bikes for our family & everyone was so nice.. Michelle was extra nice & so accommodating—bikes were great & we all had a great time!!

Great speedy repair service! We had packed the wrong sized tubes for my bike and discovered it was leaking at the ferry dock about an hour before departure. Took bike into their shop and left with 2 new tubes and flat fixed. Got back to the ferry with 30 minutes before sailing! Thank you.

Every time my husband and I go into either the Anacortes or Mount Vernon shop, we always receive excellent customer service.

My last purchase was a new seat because I have no natural cushion on my buttocks so I needed some.

They not only helped me find a good new seat they put it on and let me try it, it was great and I now have a new seat.

Great service! Gary saved the beginning of my x-country bike trip by finding and replacing a part. And then charged me very little. These guys are the best--personable with great tech knowledge!

May have literally saved my life. Took part in Bike MS this year and left for a 100 mile ride in just a jersey. Forecast was for some rain, but was supposed to clear, it did not. Found myself about 25 miles in, soaked and freezing. Skagit Cycle Center had a tent for doing bike repairs at one of the rest stops. But seeing how bad the weather was, also had rain jackets. Hardly anyone had cash to pay for them, so they instead handed out IOU's to the riders like myself that desperately needed a jacket. Only ask was that we call in during business hours to pay for it. Absolutely amazing customer service. Thank you Skagit Cycle Center, you saved my ride and many others raising money and awareness for Multiple Sclerosis!!

The owner of Skagit Cycle Center (Gary) saved my ride this weekend during Bike MS. I popped a tire crossing the shell-covered Fidalgo Bay pedestrian bridge & he fixed it at the rest stop. There were a lot of riders to help & he was quick, helpful & efficient giving me a new tube & patching the outer tire. I couldn't have continued on with out his help! Thank you!!

I stopped in to have some work done on my Brompton. Skagit Cycle Anacortes does not sell Bromptons, but the still did the requested work.

The work was done fast. The staff is also friendly, and knowledgeable.

This is an awesome Bike Shop, as are their other branches in Mount Vernon, etc. The mechanics are phenomenal and willingly help to troubleshoot. They know their stuff. Plus they’re just nice!

Ten years ago my group rented bikes there for a week long trip to the San Juan Islands and Victoria BC, and the bikes were new, set up perfectly, and rode like a dream. I'm not gonna ship my bike for touring vacations again. Tried to thank the shop mechanic with a bottle of wine, but he wanted coffee.
