Unfortunately my grandma's walker had broken (fortunately she's okay), so I came to her local medical supply store. The staff made everything really easy for me, as I had little knowledge about DME products. They had an extremely vast variety of medical supplies and a great selection too, and I was out of there with a brand new walker within 15 minutes. My grandma loves it and she's very satisfied!

I own a hospice care facility and was looking for a really reliable DME and Medical Equipment company, luckily I was able to find MaxiMed. They are very informed about the healthcare system and have taught me a lot about how insurance coverage works for certain products. Will definitely be ordering my patients supplies from here going forward.

Maxi Med is a great neighborhood supply store, they were great at helping me find sleeping pillows to assist with my cervical pain. Would recommend to anyone who would like to try out a couple products before actually having to pay for it.

Communication with them is horrible. They sometimes respond. When they do respond, they say they are working on it but never get back to me and the cycle continues. I decided to discontinue their service and go with another company.

If you need a electric wheelchair don't order from this company.I got mine delivered and the seat was not secured ended up falling out of wheelchair then the tires where not tight,they took it for repairs.Its been done now over a week and still have not received it.Way to treat a disabled veteran.

They are very rude especially the older lady !
