Starbucks

Update Valentine's Day 2024... I come in here everyday and order the exact same thing. Today, I ordered two of them because I was taking one to a co-worker. I never have to check it to make sure my coffee is made right since they've been spot on for months now. Imagine both my surprise and disdain when I took the first sip after starting my half an hour drive to work and realized that my coffee is completely wrong. So I took a chance and took a sip of the one I was gifting to somebody and, sure enough, it was wrong as well. So now I'm stuck, $15 later with two coffees that no one's going to drink. Crazy disappointed today.

Even when they're busy, they are on point with my drink order. Mobile orders tend to be done sooner than you would expect. They always welcome guests with a greeting and keep the facility clean.

Absolutely amazing Starbucks. I had to deal with some issues this morning, and I wasn’t able to pick up my order. When I called to explain, they were very understanding and remade me drinks almost 2 hours later. I had an absolutely awful morning and this was so kind of them!! They even wrote on our cups to have a better day. The baristas on the 9am-11am shift today are amazing! Hope they know this, and how much their kindness means🥹!

I puchase a lot of their black ice tea. I always get it with light ice. Whoever made it did not make it with light ice. When I asked about it they informed me it was made with light ice. I even showed it to them. They informed me it was made with light ice. I was so mad! I hqve bought this exact tea in many different cities and countries. This is not the first time it was made incorrectly, but it was the first time I was lied to and they didnt even offer to make it right.

They were out of drink carriers so they helped me out and got a box from the back, and even helped me get to the car with it when I picked up our large order for my work. So kind and helpful! I really appreciated the treatment I received going here even with such a large order.

The staff here is always so friendly. Their service is amazing. Never had a bad experience.

The girl with tattoos and red hair working the drive thru window was so sweet and helpful. She deserves some kind of recognition for sure!!

This location was clean, and the coffee was very well made. They even ensured to use a wet water sign for a spilled cup of coffee from a customer-that they remade the coffee for him. Nicely done, Muncie McGalliard Starbucks!!

Both the parking lot and store itself were packed the other day, yet the service was still superb and there wasn’t much of a wait at all. Try the Mango Dragonfruit Refresher! It’s amazing!

Give all employees a raise! They are bomb at this Starbucks. Lines can be long but these employees handle it all with grace and poise. They create amazing drinks and try to get to know repeat customers.

I wish I could have gotten her name, but she had brown short hair, and she was super nice and listened to us really well. Her nice and sweet attitude made my day! I’m always so slow and tired when I order coffee, and her grace on me stood out. This Starbucks is quick and readily corrects any error without any issues. Great experience and my coffee and Gouda breakfast sandwich were superb! I claim this my home Starbucks 😉 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They were super fast in the drive thru. The cashier answered all my questions i had. Food was fresh, hot, and correct. I did not have much of a wait considering it was 5pm. Order taking and cash out/receive food was speedy, better than the other local Starbucks. Not to mention their parking lot was not crowded with cars coming from all directions

I was able to get a pumpkin spice cold brew, and they were able to add sugar free creamer, instead of the usual.

Baristas are so nice and coffee, and cold refreshers are delicious.
