The artificial flowers are expensive but so beautiful! I made a cute Valentine's vase. The flowers cost almost $25 though! But I am addicted to this store!!!!

Love this store- the staff is always so helpful and friendly. Their prices and selection are great. The curbside pickup service is wonderful. Wonderful store!

Always clean and neat, hard to get an employee for help so if you have any questions you may have to go find one. Other than that one of my favorite crafting stores in Delaware!

Always find what I'm looking for and then some. Staff at the one I go to is super nice. I call to check on a product and they hold it for me.

Very convenient the service was great and it was a wide selection of supplies to choose from.

I am disabled so transportation is normally walking. So before visiting my local Michael's store number 8369 on Kirkwood hwy in Delaware to see if someone could check if the products I wanted were in stock before making the mile walk. Tracy was so helpful on the phone. So upon finding that they did have my yarn in stock I walk up and Tracy once again was so helpful with not only helping me navigate the store but helping me with making my selections. And the best part my yarn was on sale. Thank you so much for all your help and support. Did I fail to mention I am blind. but I can still crochet with the right type of yarn. Giving this store a biased rating because one of my best friends works here and I have known the store manager for quite awhile.

My lone complaint is that the aisles seemed sparsely filled. The old AC Moore just appeared to have had more merchandise on the shelves but I can seriously understand why no stores want to be stuck with a lot of product that isn't going to move.

That said, they have items that aren't available elsewhere. I was surprised that they have a section for screen printing supplies and linoleum blocks for making your own printed artwork. (Really fun, I highly recommend it.)

Now for the unbiased plug. If you find yourself in need of a custom framing job, look for Mitchell. He has an amazing eye for color and even has some of his artwork on the back wall of the framing center. He can work with your budget or maybe find a more cost efficient solution.

Oh. And they also carry Windsor Newton water soliable oil paint, which you can't generally find unless you're on the Windsor Newton website.

They can keep the 5 star rating by lifting the ban list against me and they can keep the 5 star rating by firing all employees of Michaels and essentially the management to and I'm glad that I destroyed the cease and desist order letter and All the employees and the management just got to respect for the store so lift the cease and desist order now and since All 400 shopping carts are stolen from the store meaning that Michaels arts and crafts is going out of business due to the careless actions of the employees and the management of Michaels arts and crafts I just hope that they are happy

This store is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. I can always find what I'm looking for (and more!).

The Halloween stuff is out right now and I'm in heaven this year's collections are next level and the people that work here are really sweet

I placed an online order for curbside pickup! When I drove a distance to a store that's not close to my home for the specific item. When I arrived i haf to go inside the store to ask for my purchase. My item wasn't in the pickup bins and the cashier wouldn't call the manager after he couldn't help me. Only until my male friend jumped in the equation did I get the manager. She was calm, professional, apologized as my item was sold off the shelf prior to my arrival and she realized that her store response to inform me not to arrive at the store was 30 minutes delayed. She took me to the shelf where all my items were stocked, told me that if I found a similar item, she would honor the online 50% off discount. I found , selected an item, received the discount leaving the store feeling satisfied

I love this store. So much to look at!! They have their fall merchandise out . Check it out!

Good location, excellent use of space inside.

Customer service representative Jessica was such a delight to have greet me at the door. She assisted as best she could to find just what I needed, and was very knowledgeable about the stores products on hand. I recommend going to take a look at their sales.

I think the guy who helped me is called Julius. He is a skinny guy with glasses. Such a great person. Charismatic, helpful, with a lot of energy. He made my experience the best I could’ve imagined. I’m grateful, and he will make me come back to this store more often than I thought.

I'm a scrapbooker and this place is great!! Staff are very helpful!! I was doing a 3 layered shadow box for my new sister in law(they just had a baby)!! Anyway, picked up the shadow box and glass edging for the inside so I can layer them!! It turn out amazing!! I posted a photo😍😍😍🥰

This location always has a good stock of items and decorations for the different seasons. Unfortunately right now is a rough time for all stores,as shelf's are empty everywhere. This location always has great customer service and a friendly staff.

Very clean, well stocked and organized. The staff was very friendly and eager to help find something. The staff at the register were fast and friendly. Affordable place to shop. I highly recommend.

I absolutely love this store! Whenever I need help the associates are always glad to help! & online pick up is always on time! It's the little things that make me the happiest :)
