Came down from Virginia and checked several different shoes stores. No other store came even close to this one. Grabbed a pair of the Taxi 12s. Can't wait to go back!

Best store I ever been to! Sam in the front is so kind and helped out very much! I will 100% come back and spend my money here! After hearing stockx sells fake shoes I been so scared but now I finally found a place!

Whether I’m in or out the state, the service is always exceptional. I am able to call a sales associate and know the inventory in minutes. If a product is not currently in stock in physical location, there are 4 other Request locations that can ship it over within 2 days. Prices are always fair and competitive. Inventory contains anything from general release to high designer apparel.

Dasia and Zeke were amazing counter people!! They were very funny and honest when i asked them for help deciding between which shirt for an outfit. I love the hospitality and the energy that all the employees carry in the store, I will definitely be back soon!!!

EDIT: I used these guys again to trade in some yeezys. They gave me, what I considered, a great trade in price towards a pair of Dazzling Blues. The blues were a little expensive but I know they are real and customer service is always on point so I don't mind spending a little extra money. Thanks guys!

One of the greatest stores on earth and the best sneaker store on earth. I have been to stadium goods, flight club, round two etc and none of these compare to the vibe and atmosphere of request. The employees are super polite and helpful and even when they know I’m just looking around and not trying to purchase anything they still treat me the same. They even worked with my medical condition (asthma) and let me shop without a mask. Highly recommend stopping by... you will not be disappointed.

10/10 experience , the store looks sick and I have never been attended as well as I was here a request in midtown Charlotte . The staff was super friendly and helpful. You gotta come check this spot out if you wanna see what you see online in person !

My son brought a shoe from here for my birthday and I can honestly say it still look like brand new (2 years ago) and now I’m getting another pair for my hubby.. company/ business owner can’t always make every customers happy or satisfied but doesn’t mean people that never brought anything from here should be saying their product are fake.. just because they are pricey doesn’t mean that they are fake..as a customer you have your right to go somewhere else but also know that business also have the right to mark the price of their product how they wanted to be.. would definitely get more shoes from here again..

I’ve been shopping and dealing with request for a while now. Both locations are hands down the best sneaker boutique out there. Staff always willing to help and negotiate. Very friendly environment. Great selection of anything. Will definitely continue to do business with.

Came in from out of state. They have hard to find Supreme, Bape, and lots of kicks. Found out they allow you to place orders online. Now that I know they are selling legit authentic apparel and sneakers, I’ll be ordering online from them. It was busy in there, but they had plenty of people working to get everyone helped quickly. The mall is huge. If you are coming from out of town, it’s near the Burlington store around the back. Easiest place to park, so you can get in and out quickly without walking the entire mall.

True to their word over text regarding pricing. Have sold only a handful to them but definitely continue to be my Go-To from now on, even to purchase. Made that 50 min drive worth it...

You can find any type of sneakers that you're looking for and their customer service is outstanding. Very presentable store and believe me if they don't have the sneakers that you're looking for they will order them for you. Great job guys.

The staff at Request is super friendly and always willing to help put you in your favorite pair of shoes that you may have missed out on or took an "L" on when they originally released. They carry Jordan, Yeezy, Off White, Gucci, Balenciaga, Loubuiton, etc. They don't only have shoes, they also sell designer shirts, jackets, jeans, and accessories. They have a section of new items and a section of gently worn items. Gabe, the owner, is a great guy and keeps a clean store with a great atmosphere. By leaps and bounds the best spot for these goods in the city.
