Apple Mall of Louisiana

My wife went to Apple Mall of Louisiana for a pair of ear buds. Travis was the salesman and he could not have possibly been better. He explained the products in layman’s terms so that even a non-techie person could easily understand. The store was bright, clean and very vibrant. She made her purchase and left feeling very good. A really positive experience.

Whew!! I made the mistake of going here to pick up a warranty item on the day they were releasing the new iPhone! I did manage to get into the store fairly quickly due to the staff making sure what everyone waiting was there for! (Line for phones outside, and Staff were handing out water and umbrellas due to heat!! Exceptional service) on the other hand, once I got inside the store, I waited about 30 min just to pick up my headphones that came in. But I guess that's to be expected when you're that slammed busy

I had a wonderful experience at Apple in Baton Rouge. Everyone is nice and the gentleman that helped me name Coby was awesome! He was patient and understanding with me knowing I’m still learning this futuristic technology, LOL. Top Notch customer service from the whole team at Apple of Baton Rouge!

Quick and easy. Friendly staff. The store was very busy, but we didn't have to wait long to be assisted. Watched a live demonstration waiting. Dropped off a laptop and were on our way.

If you’re needing to come to this store, request to work with Marcus. He goes above and beyond for his customers with rare issues (like myself), he made sure I was taken care of before I walked away. 10/10 experience 😊

First time I believe I have ever been to an Apple store. This place is insane. There are so many people here looking buying Apple products. I was directed to the person I needed to talk to after walking into the door. I had no wait time. Bought my iPad and left excellent experience.

Went in today because I lost all of my years of fitness data after trying to restore my new phone from my old phone’s icloud back up since the old iPhone wouldn’t come on. I was devastated. I decided to make an appointment with apple just incase there was anything they could do. My appointment was with Jordan, he was very friendly and kind. He explained every step of the process and even tried multiple things to try to restore my data. He was patient and you could tell he really knew his stuff!! He managed to get my old phone back on and did a reset and restore on my new phone and got all of my fitness data back!! I was thrilled. While I waited for my phone to restore I talked to Parker who was a very kind lady who shared some helpful insight regarding phone storage and I witnessed the patience Cody had with a frustrated customer. These people genuinely care and want to help. They are good people. I feel like consumers these days can be very impatient and unpleasant to staff members. All it takes it a little kindness. Having a technical issue can be very frustrating but realizing that the employees at Apple are doing the best they can and choosing to be kind can go a long way. Overall great experience.

My wife and I would like to give a big shout out to John and Josh. Josh greeted us at the door and immediately tried to assist us. He immediately knew what the problem was but was having a little trouble solving it so he asked John for his assistance. Between the two of them they solve the problem in about five minutes. These two gentlemen provided us with excellent customer service. we can’t thank them enough for their prompt and courteous service.

Went in to pick up an order. Store was extremely busy, but they had their procedures down to a science for keeping people socially distanced and safe. The wait was a slight bit longer than I would have liked, but given the current circumstances it was more than understandable. Once I got in, the associate who helped me got my order quickly and I was on my way. If you plan on visiting this store, I highly recommend setting up an appointment for the Genius Bar in advance, or pre-ordering your items online.

Went it to get a Mac Book for my wife for school and was really pleased with the service and they had discounts and gift cards for buying one.

Came in to fix my Mac mini and left with an IPad Pro and AirPods.

The staff was genuinely great to talk to when I was looking at a new pad to use. I was looking for two things: earbuds and new work place for my art, documents, etc. The employee that assist me helped me out with that and shown me the capabilities it can offer. I thank you kindly for the aid. I will return to get the Pro in time

My husband's iphone was not charging and we thought he needed a new phone or at the very least, a new battery for his current phone. I walked in and the store was packed with customers, so I signed in and sat down to wait. I thought I would have to wait a long time, but the wait was short, and the employee that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out in no time. I am so grateful for the speedy and knowledgeable service!

I am lucky to live in a city that has an Apple Store. I’ve been dozens of times and it’s always for free service/help with my phone, I almost always buy online or used for bargains. The service is exceptional nearly every time. Anyone giving a 1 Star rating either had unreasonable expectations or bought something they couldn’t afford or have the skills to operate.

Best service I’ve ever gotten from a store. I went there about the sound of my phone. Not only did they fix the sound to where it sounds brand new but they went up and beyond and gave me a new phone screen. And my phone screen was fine. Service was amazing they were friendly. I was in and out even with a long line in less then 20 minutes.

Good service. Genius help explain everything that needed to be done to the phone and explain the risks. Have to wait about 30 minutes to get the battery replace

My wife and I went to the Apple store in Baton Rouge this morning because her new iPhone wasn’t allowing her access. A young lady named Treasure assisted us. She was very pleasant, very knowledgeable and took care of our issue quickly. She’s an asset to Apple!

My husband and I came to upgrade our iPhones at 8pm before they closed. They stayed to help us set up our new phones, played with our son while we waited because it was past his bedtime, AND, when we were about to walk out the doors, it started raining hard. We did not have umbrellas with us, so one employee went all the way to the back to get us an umbrella!!! They took care of us without hesitation. We will 100% continue to use their services and recommend others!!
