Staff were friendly..even when there were not so friendly and idea customers in the store. Witnessed 2 of the Staff on duty be extremely patient with another customer and her daughter that were putting things back in different places...drop a bunch of products..even open things. They were still friendly. As far as selection, I couldn't believe how much stuff they had and things I've never seen before at they beauty supplies I've been going to for years. I had several questions just trying to find everything I needed since it was my 1st time in..but the ladies were very helpful and not annoyed by my many questions. It was also easy to walk around and even bring in a wheel chair or something. I've noticed lately alot of beauty supplies are not..they are very cramped..with boxes on the floor and hard to move around.. not this place. I was very impressed.

A good close stop for people in the St Charles area who need a true beauty supply with hair products. Sally's doesn't cut it. Staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Bought water wave/Bohemian hair for butterfly locs. Prices are good and about on par with other stores.

Absolutely love this shop. Just recently found out about it I usually have to ride down Lindbergh bc I don't like the other one down the Rock Road.

Anyways, store is HUGE. The product selection is just as expanse, love all the bows, beads, and barrettes. Cute clothing options. Prices are comparable for sure. I personally like Mielle products for my mixed daughters hair and it can be pricey, but the store prices seem to run about what the website does for the brand.

Staff is friendly. I've been in many stores where they watch you like a hawk for no reason, didn't get that here. They also have a rewards system. Permanent customers now.

They're so pleasant they always greet me when I walk in and they smile, and they're willing to help. They also don't treat me like they think I'm about to pull a heist. 10/10 For sure.

They're so friendly and very accommodating. They have just about anything you could possibly need for your beauty needs, new school too old school. If they don't have it, they'll see if they can get it for you.

Been living in St Charles for years and always have to drive 20 minutes for a decent beauty supply and this is literally 7 min from my house and it has everythinggggg!! Definitely will be back soon

I've visited many beauty supply stores and I can say without a doubt that this store stands out as being really great compared to others that are just okay.
