Aj was a great assistant as he helped me choose a product that I purchased

I'm visiting from Seattle, and my car's battery died. I came here to check the battery, and a employee named Darius helped me. He said it was the battery and suggested a replacement based on my car's VIN number. He even showed me how to put in the new battery!

My wife’s van battery died and Thomas stayed late to help and Nate swapped the battery. Everyone was kind, patient, and helpful. Thanks so much!

They had what I needed and the salesman was so helpful and very nice. He checked the specs to make sure I was going to be happy with the product and I will definitely go back to this Auto Zone.

I would like to recognize Tim. I had to make an emergency visit there today because one of my wipers broke off. And, I had just finished at Thornton's gas station on Galbraith Road, someone poured gasoline in the windshield wiper fluid containers. I tried to clean my windshield off not knowing this when I was getting gas, and it was covered in residue. Tim spent a lot of time and effort cleaning my windshield for me and then putting on my new wipers. He was great! I didn't know at that time it was gasoline. I called Thornton's after I left AutoZone. Thank you Tim!

Always Friendly, they have best prices. Easy returns and exchanges. Even if you think you know the part have them check to make sure it fits your exact make and model. I went in and gave them a part number for my vehicle and ended up with the wrong part. If i would have asked them to check it i wouldnt have had to return it.

The lady that was working there was very very helpful I didn't know exactly how much or if I needed oil she not only came out and check my oil but she told me exactly how much I needed and that I needed to go get an oil change. She was so generous and nice to I would suggest anyone go to this place they are very very professional as well as great customer service. These people at this store need a raise because it looks like they really know what they arguing and they go above and beyond to help the customer just like she did with me I even tried to leave her a tip and she would not accept it so I finally talked her into taking a smaller amount so so thankful thankful for this AutoZone. Keep up the great work I would recommend this place to

Great employees, quick service. I recently used their ability to check my engine as the check engine light came on during a rough idle. Diagnosed the issue right away and was spot on correct. I highly recommend checking with them before you hand over your cash to a shop. They can diagnose your car for free.

Darius was absolutely awesome from the minute I walked up to the counter asking for advise on my car. He also helped me put wipers on my car and was full of energy! Definitely the store to go to!

Awesome staff! They jumped to assist when I walked in, immediately tested my battery and set me up with a replacement right away. The staff were polite and friendly, despite being the end of a long shift.

I had the best person EVER help me out today 04/01/21. She laughed at my car though. (not really). She was the best. I've walked out of that store before because of bad service.
