I had the most amazing experience at Gilded Social with Tanya! From our very first phone call, Tanya absolutely understood what I was looking for in a wedding dress. She made dress shopping so fun, easy, and exciting! She was there for me and supported me through the entire wedding process, and I am forever grateful to her for helping create the wedding vision of my dreams!

Not only did she help me find my wedding dress, she also helped me find my bridal shower dress by the same designer. She does it all!

Gilded Social is an absolute gem if you’re a bride looking for your perfect wedding dress. Tanya was patient, helpful and thoughtful throughout my entire experience. She chose dresses that were just what I asked to see, as well as a few that were outside my comfort zone - but were still wonderful to try on. In the end, I selected the first dress I tried; gotta love that first dress magic, and it was as perfect for my New Year’s Eve wedding. The Granville shop itself is lovely, and the try on session was personal, intimate and cozy. My alterations with Mary Ellen were also excellent. She took the time to carefully adjust the parts of the dress that weren’t “just right” and understood my vision to slightly alter the silhouette. She was also very kind and attentive to my daughter throughout the fitting. My entire experience was a dream!

I had the best experience with Tanya at Gilded Social! Her shop was the last stop during my trip to Columbus and the fifth bridal salon I’d been to since starting the dress search. After discussing via phone what I had liked/not liked about dresses at other places, she pulled a selection for me to try on upon arrival. The first dress was perfect! Just when I’d given up on the thought of having “the moment”, the tears came and I knew it was the one. (See photo 2 for the tears). Tanya helped me work with the designer in NYC to customize the neckline. I loved everything about how the dress turned out and cannot recommend Gilded Social enough!! ❤

An absolute treasure!!! I can’t say enough great things about Tanya and Gilded Social!! She is truly an expert and knows her dresses very well!! The shop has an incredible selection of dresses for brides of all ages, sizes and styles. This IS your one stop shop!! It was a quick trip from Columbus and super easy to find. No need to go anywhere else - she has your dream gown!!!

I can’t say enough great things about Gilded Social The Bridal Shop and Tanya!! I went to several shops in Columbus and actually purchased a dress elsewhere only to have immediate buyers remorse set in! I called Tanya and she was able to fit me in right away and helped me find the most perfect dream dress. The entire experience was unlike any of the other shops, it was so personalized and I felt like Tanya 100% understood what I was looking for and picked the most amazing dresses for me to try. Even through the alterations process and after my wedding she has just been so wonderful and attentive and I’m so thankful I found Gilded Social and my dream dress!

I would highly recommend shopping at Gilded Social for all things bridal. After months of searching for a wedding dress with no luck, I was starting to feel discouraged. Finally coming to Gilded Social was a breath of fresh air. Tanya is amazing and very passionate about her work. She spent time asking me questions to determine my style and desired look for my wedding day. She went above and beyond to help me find a beautiful wedding dress that was perfect for me. She spent extra time helping me make personal customizations to make sure I felt completely comfortable in my dress. Mary Ellen did an outstanding job altering my wedding dress and it was tailored to my size perfectly. I can’t thank them both enough!

I booked Tanya for her bridal day styling services. I did not have a large group of bridesmaids, just my one MOH, so I was a little worried about how my wedding day would do. I was also nervous because my mom gets very anxious and panicky. I needed someone in my corner to help me and make sure everything was in place. I am not a type A person and overlook most things. I also did not want my photographer to have to constantly make sure everything was looking put together - it's just too much to ask of them. My dress was made out of several layers of soft tulle and was finnicky about being fluffed. From the first phone call, I could tell Tanya was a bridal/wedding expert. She is a true professional that is so passionate about her work. We met the week before when I dropped my gown off for steaming, and she brought it with her to my venue. That alone was a lifesaver - just one less thing to worry about. When I arrived, my gown was already steamed and on the mannequin and my photographer was already getting detail shots. She not only helped me get dressed, but my mom and mother in law (they have bad knees lol). Tanya's nemesis throughout pictures were the seemingly millions on leaves that were getting caught in my hem!!! I don't know how many she had to get out...they were truly enemy number 1! I also noticed a huge difference between photos where I had Tanya to style me and after she left post-ceremony. My sunset photos have leaves galore in my hem, and my poor photographer did his best to fluff my dress, but my floral appliques just aren't *quite* placed correctly. While I by no means am upset with the photos where I didn't have Tanya - we were running around and being fools, so it all fits together with how we felt and how everything looked - I just thought it was interesting that I NOTICED the difference, and I would have regretted it for our more formal photos. My dress just wouldn't have looked it's best, and I would've had a panic attack without Tanya to look to when I was being rushed around. I would recommend her for any of her services - bridal shopping, alterations, day of services, because she is a genuine, passionate person and truly goes above and beyond for every bride she works with!

My experience with Gilded Social was top-notch! I was sticking to a limited budget for my wedding gown, and I found Gilded Social's sample sale/consignment section on their website and fell for a few different dresses. I made the 2+ hour drive from Cleveland to try them on. During my appointment, Tanya made me feel comfortable, and was honest about my choices. I ended up choosing one of the sample dresses I spotted on the website prior to my appointment and wearing it one year later at my July 2023 nuptials. If you're looking for a shop that can provide personalized service and offers gowns for a range of prices (so, you won't break the bank), I would certainly recommend Gilded Social!

I cannot say enough great things about Gilded Social and Tanya!!! From the minute I had my first phone call with Tanya, I knew I was going to find my dream dress at Gilded Social. She was incredibly knowledgeable about all things wedding dresses (and really all things wedding in general) and really listened to what I was looking for, down to the very last detail. After I got off the phone with her and set up an appointment, I could not wait to try on her dresses!! As she would say, it was “first dress magic” for me as the very first dress she pulled was the one I went with. It was the most stunning dress and it was so ME! She made the try on and ordering process so smooth and easy. And my favorite part - she professionally steamed my dress the day before the wedding and then dropped my dress off at our hotel. This was so reassuring for me and my family knowing that we wouldn’t have to worry about how my dress would get from point A to point B or have to worry about it being wrinkly- Tanya took care of it all! She also has an in house seamstress which makes alterations super easy. Could not recommend Tanya and her shop more!!! They are absolutely wonderful!

Buying a wedding dress is an emotional thing. I cannot thank Tanya and her team at Gilded Social enough for helping me find my perfect dress and also making sure my dress was perfect for the big day! A couple months before my wedding, I had a few dress mishaps that Tanya generously helped me navigate. She checked in on me constantly giving me the emotional support and professional guidance I needed before walking down the aisle. Shopping at Gilded Social was an absolutely amazing experience. You enter a beautiful two story home which is renovated into a wedding dress boutique, and enter the dressing room with a handful of your dream dresses already picked for you, displayed all in your size. Tanya, the incredible owner, did not just care about me finding a dress but, but cared deeply about how I felt and my experience as a whole. She went above and beyond meeting each of my dreams and needs. I needed an off the rack dress and instead she got it express shipped. I recommend everyone to visit Tanya at the Gilded Social.

I cannot say enough kind words about Tanya and the dedication she has for her brides. I never really had a “vision” of what I pictured for my wedding dress/ another bridal shop had labeled me an “anti-bride”, so I went into my first appointment not feeling very optimistic. However, Tanya made it her mission to find me the perfect dress. This included getting a sample dress she does not regularly stock and adding detachable sleeves to get the full look I wanted. She was a dream to work with throughout the entire process of selecting my dress, alterations, and the preservation afterwards. I would highly recommend Tanya and Gilded Social to every bride!

I truly cannot imagine getting married without Tanya and Gilded Social by my side. I used Gilded Social for bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses, day-of detailing, little white dress needs, and wedding dress preservation and it was WORTH EVERY PENNY.

The Gilded Social team helped my bridesmaids (12 of them across 4 states) order their chosen dresses in the appropriate sizes. Meanwhile, Tanya spent time on the phone with me reassuring me during a moment of “dress regret”, walked me through the best way to apply bust tape for my dress shape (and let me come into the shop so she could practice for the big day), collected items to bring to my wedding so I would have a few less things to remember, and hooked me up with stunning little white dresses for my bridal events.

On my wedding day (also her own wedding anniversary!) Tanya did a superhuman amount of work. She steamed my wedding dress, my cathedral length veil, 12 bridesmaid dresses, 4 flower girl dresses, MOB’s dress, fixed a tuxedo mishap, placed a bunch of sentimental items so I wouldn’t have to remember, taped my bust into my wedding dress, made sure my dress and veil looked perfect in all my photos, held my bouquet when it got heavy, among a trillion other things. Without having to do those things, me and my bridal party were able to enjoy each others company and bask in the joy of our day!

As my mom put it: “It’s so nice to have someone on your team who does everything perfectly.” But beyond just the fabulous work she did, Tanya is an amazing person, inspirational business owner, and now a treasured friend. I am so lucky to have been able to work with her and spend so much time on the happiest day of my life with her.

Tanya went above and beyond to create a personalized experience, making the process enjoyable and stress-free. I had been to numerous shops and felt no one was understanding what I was looking for. Once I contacted Tonya, we texted back and forth and she totally understood my vision. While she didn’t have a similar dress in stock, she special ordered a dress and it was perfect! It was the dress I ended up choosing and we were able to add the small details that I was looking for in my dress. The attention to detail and excellent customer service truly set them apart. I found my dream dress, and their expertise made the entire journey memorable. Highly recommend this Gilded Social for brides-
We used GS seamstress, Mary Ellen, who was also fantastic. So great and accommodating and always quick with a fix! 3 days before my final dress fitting she was able to take the dress in another inch just in time for the perfect fit.

Lastly, we also hired Tanya for day of service. Again, she made the day seamless. From steaming all the bridesmaids dresses, perfecting my dress and look, to being by my side through all the work photos, it made the day so easy. She even saved the day with water and day-of necessities. Highly recommend this addition of services as it made the day so much easier on the bridal party and bride.

I highly recommend Gilded Social and working with Tanya to find your dream wedding dress! From the moment I started working with Tanya I knew we were in amazing hands. Gilded Social was the only store in Columbus that had the EXACT dress I was looking for. Tanya helped me find the most perfect veil too. In addition to the fabulous experience in finding my dress, Tanya was also there on my wedding day to steam my dress, fix any last minute dressing emergencies, ensure that my dress looked perfect at all times and just be the best all around to have on hand. After my wedding, I also got my dress preserved and can’t recommend ALL of this enough. Not enough words to tell you how much I recommend going to Gilded Social to shop for your dress but to also work with Tanya for the rest of your wedding dress needs!
