The Mail Box Store Chattanooga

I had my first contact with this store today and so grateful! There was a long line of U-haul check-ins after Memorial Day and Rebecca at the front desk took extra time to help me with a print job. She was unsure about how to print from a flash drive but figured it out, was kind and willing. Thank you! Christina, Oak Ridge, TN

Charlie was great to work with and extremely courteous! The store was laid out well and it was very clean, both inside and out. I’ll definitely be doing business here in the future whenever I’m in Chattanooga.

I already love this place. I will never, and I repeat never return to the local UPS store across from Hamilton Place, now that I have found the mailbox store. Very convenient and awesome experience here at the mailbox store. Pleasant customer service rep. A+++

Charlie always helps me get my stuff out and if I don't know how-to do something he shows me. Very good business to work with, I can get it all done in one place and they are very affordable as well. Shout out to Charlie and his staff!!

If you need anything for shipping or copy’s made to even wrapping shipping paper ! They have you covered ! Very professional and kind !!! If I could do 10 Stars I would ! Go see the them and find out yourself !

As far as U-Haul rental!!!! doubt the store itself is much better with customer care. Man that took care of me was 10 minutes late on opening store. Never came off as happy to see me or for business. Didn’t give instructions about hooking up trailer and got mouthy when he had to help hook up. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION and uhaul shouldn’t want this location as a representative of their company. Thanks

First time going there because I found them through the DHL website. I was very unsatisfied with parts of the service. To be fair, the woman at the register was nice, but that’s the only positive thing I have to say. I was charged 140 to send some international documents. The DHL website had quoted me $55-75, which is what I was more or less expecting. I understand if they charge an extra service fee for themselves, but dang… double the cost and it wasn’t even done correctly. I say that because after returning home and checking the receipt, I found out that they didn’t even enter the address correctly, and completely omitted the receiver’s phone number, despite me having given them the typed information to copy and asking if I could write it in the foreign language to ensure it’s arrival, but I wasn’t allowed. So then I had to contact DHL directly to get the information corrected asap, which was just added hassle to an already frustrating experience.

I called in last week about some scanning and I spoke with a nice lady who said she could help me. She said she would get a quote and call me back.

Well, I didn't get a call back. I called back in again today and asked about scanning again. I was put on hold for 5 minutes while the people who answered the call had a conversation in another language. I finally had to hang up and call back again. The person was rude. Don't go here for scanning, go somewhere else. Rude staff.

Never, ever, ship furniture or anything valuable through them. I'm so appalled that their website advertises that they "specialize in packing and shipping antique items." It's completely false advertising. I paid them over $500 to ship an antique Danish teak cabinet. This is what I received. The damage was just shocking and heartbreaking. Charlie threw the cabinet into a box surrounded by four pieces of foam, without so much as removing the inner shelves or wrapping the product tight with plastic wrap. It has now been three weeks since I received my destroyed piece of furniture and I've received zero compensation, despite their claims that they are working with their insurance company to process my claim.

Called about dropping off a package and asked what time they closed. The lady answered the phone and was very short and stated 6 and hung up. I pulled up to the store at 5:50 and doors was already locked. Won’t be visiting again. Just called the number to speak with Charlie and was advised that Charlie would not be in for about a week

I've been tracking my package and I got a message that my package is ready for collection when I got there the guy only looked in the box and said he doesn't have it mean while I tracked it and it is in the mail box store.

They close during their posted hours, but don't tell anyone. So if you show up and they are closed...too bad. They also don't respond to email or voicemail. This is a very unprofessional business that will take your money and provide very little service in return.

Beware of dropping off packages here. I dropped off a package worth over a $1000 it became lost for over 2 weeks here I found out it sat in their store room for 2 weeks before shipment.

Worst mail service I have ever used. Shoddy customer service as well. Canceling.
