Cafe De Leche

Loved this cozy and clean cafe! Delicious matcha and coffee but the hibiscus lemonade stole the show! A definite must try. They have such a beautiful patio in the back that is perfect for relaxing and sun bathing.

We got the Hot Chai Latte definitely recommend it’s so comforting to drink, and the Cold Horchata with espresso it’s so yummy too but slightly less sweet! Service was also really good, they were patient as we were brand new to trying out their place, and as we asked for recommendations for our drink choices they executed well. 😄☕☕

This place is too cute!! The baristas were super nice, great customer service. The inside of this coffee shop is aesthetically pleasing. I got a Horchata con Espresso, super delicious. I could taste the horchata and coffee. I ended up getting the Raspberry danish, it is super tasty! It was not too sweet, just the right amount of raspberry jelly. Would definitely be back here soon!

I’ve only been once, but what a nice surprise to go, I’ll definitely be going back! I first went here after a hiking echo mountain, the trailhead further up the road. Cafe De Leche is such a cute place, great vibes, and a very spacious and chill backyard patio/seating area. I had the mate latte and my friend a matcha late. The shop itself is small and parking seems like it could be tricky, but worthwhile if you’re local/in the neighborhood.

We made a quick stop for coffee and did not regret it at all. We had hot cocoa, horchata latte? El campesino, and they were good but the best was horchata one. Will be back again when in the area..

A little cafe with a big personality. An amazing menu of coffees, teas and you must try the chocolate milk! Staff is super friendly and make the drinks real quick. Small dining area inside but very cozy. Small front patio is nice and the back patio is big, shaded and has games. Lots of outdoor seating and the music they play is lively and fits the mood of the location. No parking but lots of convenient street parking.

Beautiful setting with delicious coffee, the outdoor patio is wonderful. Colorful, modern, and peaceful. Staff is very friendly with great smile, very welcoming. Nice place to hide away, anytime of the day.

Very pleasant Coffee spot frequented by locals! Beautiful physical space. Bright and clean. Order in the front, and walk through the space to a lovely, open backspace with plenty of benches and seating. Covers from the sun, and cool plant life surround you as you stretch out and enjoy your drink. Feels like your own backyard! Appears to have Wi-Fi too! Plenty of street parking on Lake itself. Seemed to have good turn over in front. While there were usually one or two people in line, it was a steady and quick turn over. The cafe seems to partner with other food vendors to cook and have fresh, cooked on site, food partners! Pretty cool. Open 7-4 daily. Highly recommend. The hibiscus lemonade was sweet and refreshing. Prices were very reasonable! Cool art as well! Hope to be back soon. Dog friendly!

Discovered this cute coffee shop around the block while we were painting our Altadena mural on the side of the hardware store. Amazing coffee and awesome patio out back. Will definitely be back soon!

Cafe de leche is impeccable. I moved away from Altadena and miss it so much! The atmosphere is just amazing. I love their outside area. Their rose matcha latte, cappuccino, almond croissant, and chai latte are all amazing.

I finally visited Cafe De Leche after passing by it for so long. Loved everything about it , to the customer service, the coffee, and the outside sitting area. Will be coming back soon. For my first time, I tried the Horchata Con Espresso and it was so good! If you're looking for a new coffee place to try out, definitely visit here

Phenomenal little shop with a lovely Mexican food pop up outside. The espresso was 👌 and the passion fruit black tea was so deliciously fruity despite being a fairly strong black tea. Baristas were super friendly and the outdoor seating was mad cute. A bit hot with the summer heat but I was able to hang and eat and drink and get some work done before seeking some AC. Definitely stop by. Street parking is pretty easy.

There's two great coffee shops in Altadena and this is one of them and this one has beautiful outdoor space. Great bean selection and great third wave options.

Local coffee shop in the 'D!. Modern and hip. Friendly staff. They do have an open-air, back patio available for dining. Super cozy. Every Sunday they host Tacos Casa for your Mexican food fix! Must try!

Good coffee and breakfast dinner items, would be great if they had a extra large cold brew, but maybe that’s why I’m so jittery. Anyway, look at my dog in front of their Instagram mural, he’s so damn cute.

My husband are regulars here and we’ve always been impressed by the quality, service, and relaxed atmosphere of Cafe De Leche. The back patio is beautiful and the horchata con espresso is absolutely delicious!
