CVS

I've never has any issues with the pharmacy here. I've been using them for the last 4 years. My Dr calls in my prescription, the CVS texts system alerts me when to pick up. I go in wait 3min or less in line and I'm done.
I shop here often for quick needs and am always in and out in a few minutes. I'm always greeted by someone when I walk in and if I have question someone is always ready to help. The customer service has always been helpful. I've not had an issue with rude staff. So I'm pretty shocked by some of these reviews.

Donna is an exceptional human! Give that woman a raise. Thank you for being so kind during the stressful holidays.

Shout out to James and Joan - the most amazing, nicest, helpful CVS staff I have met! Checkout system was weird but they took their time and did their best to make sure i get my transactions right. Store is clean. Insidr and outside. I wish CVS will recognize Joan and James for their great customer service. :)

Always considerate and professional. Cody, pharmacy staff. assisted me with medication that ins did not cover. Found a way to bring cost down. Much appreciated.

I’m unsure of the pharmacist name who answered the phone this afternoon, but I was running late for closing time, he called me back at closing to see if I was close, I very much appreciate your efforts on getting my meds to me today and your wonderful customer service! Always very helpful here

I'm rating this pharmacy as 5 stars due to the most excellent assistance from the pharmacist. She is not the pharmacist I've dealt with in the past which which is a male. This pharmacist saw my prescription history and professionally said she could get me the dosage and amount I needed. I'm a Merchant Marine and am required to have 6 months worth of medication even though my tour is 4 months. With COVID, Mariners are ending up getting stuck overseas for up to 8 month's. It's a difficult situation once overseas do getting the proper assistance while stateside is imperative.

Good selection. Pharmacy is very good too. Has self checkout.

The Alpine CVS is the best !!! Friendly service and very clean, I find everything I need and when I order online and pick up at the store , they are 99% in stock. Love Love Love!!

I want to be sure that CVS in Alpine, CA knows that Rant is a very valuable employee. He helped me and was able to answer all my questions. He was so kind and went the extra mile. I work in HR and this kind of talent is hard to find these days. Thanks again Rant for all your help.

I go to this CVS for everything, don’t know why there’s are so many negative reviews. Maybe people need to try going into the store instead of being lazy and calling or going through the drive through lol. Every time I go inside for every prescription I have (which is 3 I take regularly) I’ve never had an issue. Just a thought but maybe the bad service customers are receiving is a reflection of how they carry themselves.

Great service, very organized, my trips are always accomplished as they have everything I'm looking for in a pharmacy. They also go out of their way to accommodate your request. This reflects the type of Manavsrďd4refr that are running these units.

Very good service, they always are able to help me. They are very friendly and professional. I frequently go for pickup mi medications ( a lot ) . I always have good experiences, even by phone. They are the best 👍

Always friendly and helpful. Never went in and saw anyone with anything other than a smile. Shop there for all of my "drug store" requirements.

Small town lovely store. There are times waiting for clerk help takes a few minutes but if you’re blessed enough to live in Alpine, you don’t mind.

This is just the friendly place to come and the staff is so helpful will take you right to the product you are looking for...my favorite CVS. I shop here every week.

Love this CVS store. I also like the company. For one thing they don't test their products on animals.

Pharmacist is very knowledgeable, been there many times and the checkers are professional and pleasant as well.
