AYR Dispensary Goshen - OHIO

Recently visited the brand new Ayr Wellness in Goshen and was very impressed. The store is beautiful and bright on the inside with plenty of parking on the outside. The real highlight, though, is the team. They're not just friendly; they're extremely knowledgeable and eager to share insights, making the experience truly educational. Their dedication to patient care is evident, making me feel valued and well-informed. Highly recommend for anyone seeking quality service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Great customer engagement! We had a short chat about Orange 43 and I learned something I was previously misunderstood on about the strain. That being said, they know their stuff! Super friendly, easy going and chill. Location is easy to navigate, I would love to see a drive thru situation in the future!?

Never have had an issue with this dispensary. I always do my ordering online before going and it's always ready when I get there. I had a disposable one time that wouldn't work even after trying to charge it since I had all packaging and receipt there was no issue in exchanging it out either.

I came in here for the first time today and Ashley, Danielle, and Brandon were the best. Everyone was super nice and helpful. Everything was super clean, and also really cute. They had it all decorated with Christmas decorations and it just felt nice and cozy. I highly recommend coming here if you have not already!

Really good service. Was question by 1 person about my Kentucky ID but I don’t think they knew about Kentucky being able to shop in Ohio with a card. Other than that they’ve been great. Brandon there is amazing and has answered any of my question as he can. Haven’t been disappointed so far. Great staff.

My first time at this place was an amazing experience. Customer Service was fantastic. Took time to answer my every question. Didn’t make me feel like I was rushed or just another customer. Actually made me feel like a person they valued. Will continue to come back and will once again say COME THIS THIS JOINT!! IT’S LIT!!

The process was simple. I walked in, filled out some papers, and I was back shopping less than five minutes. Christina was a tremendous help. She helped me find my favorite brand and the prices were way better than the competition which I’ve been going to for a couple years now. Great experience I’m going back for sure.

So happy this dispensary is in Goshen. The staff is awesome and seem to be plenty knowledgeable about cannabis and information on state regulations. I’ve been here twice so far, and I’ll definitely be coming back again, for sure.

This place is so beautiful and the staff is amazing and the first one I met was Brandon and he was the sweetest person ever.. The process was quick and easy.

My bud tender was Billy Byrd and he was awesome he knew the answer to all my questions and he explained everything I needed to know and the whole staff was friendly and kind and made me feel very welcome
