These guys are so slow to get orders processed and shipped. They send notices that items are shipped when they haven't been shipped. There appears to be a lot of confusion and miscommunication within the company, its departments and partners. Very disappointing.

NEVER SHOP FROM THIS STORE! They have horrible customer service. I never received my package and they refused to either resend it or refund me the money and basically told me that it was my fault. I would never shop from them again.

Be prepared to wait a long time for your order to be processed and shipped if you order from this supplier. I placed an order 10 days ago and just received an email yesterday that it finally shipped and would take another 3-5 days to receive! I have ordered from them for years and never had issues like this. I decided to call and question it. The customer service rep advised that they are having issues with their online system releasing orders and they have to manually go on to release them. She was rude and defensive instead of apologetic. Don't make your problems, my problems!!! I wont be ordering form them again. There are plenty of suppliers that match lowest prices and ship out the same or next day!!! Bye bye Scrip!

Awful customer service; extremely slow shipping times. I was told that any shipping times listed need an additional 5 business days to be processed in the warehouse; then an additional 5-10 business days to ship. Called in twice to no help.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM. I purchased an item 4 months ago and returned it promptly unused. I can not get them to give me my money back. They keep just saying that it is not a priority for them. I spent 1600$ that I want back. This site is a total scam. Do not trust them. DO not purchase anything!!!

Ordered a Game Ready sleeve. I needed a left but accidentally ordered a right. Item was in original package (unopened). Called for an exchange and was told that particular item was not eligible for returns (under any circumstance).

Over a month ago I purchased a piece of equipment that came with a broken case. I contacted them the day it arrived to get a replacement case and they told me they "started a ticket to get it resolved". A month has gone by and they have ignored all of my multiple attempts at contacting them. I did not spend that kind of money to have anything broken.

I ordered a couple of products a month ago that were estimated between June 2nd and June 8th. I waited a couple weeks longer because I never heard anything and the website said it could be delayed due to covid. However after speaking with them my order is on back order until August, which they never would have told me had I not reached out. I am beyond frustrated because I could have ordered them elsewhere and have them if they would have let me know.

Very poor customer service. I bought a hydrocollator from them. It broke while under warrenty. They said they would get back to me after calling Chatanooga. No repsonse! Find another supplier!
